Spectacular direct Beachfront view!!!! AWESOME sunsets and tranquil sounds of the waves and the dolphins at play will relax you on your stay at our condo. Our charming, non-smoking (no pets allowed )is extremely clean and well maintained. Our unit has one bedroom w/ 2 OUEEN BEDS / one bath w/hair dryer and curling iron. We do not furnish BEACH TOWELS. We have a nice full size desk, a fully equipped up-dated kitchen with refrigerator that has water, crushed and cubed ice on the door. There is a counter bar and dining area. Our living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, 34 inch High-Definition TV w/ DVR - DVD player. We have High Definition Cable w/ HBO and Show-Time. There is a 2nd - 20' TV in the bedroom w/DVD which has regular cable.. Rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY.**** FREE Wireless HIGH SPEED INTERNET and FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLING (50 US STATES and CANADA)****

Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom is 4 people-No subleasing of the

unit is permitted.

Rules and Regulations: NO SMOKING - NO PETS


The tenant shall occupy the unit in a quiet and dignified manner. Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances. Guest in violation of these rules will be asked to vacate the premises with forfeiture of rental and/or deposit monies.

About Judy and Don McNally

We met in 1984 and married in 1985. We are both retired, which gives us more opportunity to visit our second home, our condo at the Chateaux.

My husband was encouraged by a co-worker who had purchased a unit to look into buying one for himself and when he saw the place he knew he just had to have one of the units. I am so thrilled that he purchased unit 208. Indian Shores is a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy great seafood and beautiful sunsets..

What makes this condo unique

Best Sunsets: We absolutely love sitting on balcony with our evening cocktail and watching the sunset. Our photo was taken at the Wine Cellar where we loved bringing in the New Year until it closed in 2013.

We are located on the 2nd floor, we are overlooking the beach, where you can enjoy many beautiful sunsets. There is sheltered parking with unit 208 parking space, a convenient elevator and laundry room access on the south end of 1st floor (our laundry room has new washers and dryer -coin operated- washers and dryers take quarters. $1.50 per load each ). We have an ocean view heated pool, with clean restrooms and a shower outside.

We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles south of

Clearwater Beach Marina. Local attractions include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which offers many water sports, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Casino, golf courses and miniature golf in the area.

There are many great restaurants, most with a casual atmosphere.

The Sun-Coast Beach Trolley stops out front and will take you from

Sand Key to St Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for just one

price. We are just a short drive from two airports.

St.Petersburg/Clearwater is approximately 25 minutes and Tampa

International Airport is approximately 40 minutes. It is convenient

drive to Florida's major attractions, Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea

World, etc.

Weekly Rate: $850 to $1350---No refunds will be given for mandatory hurricane evacuations but we will give a credit to be used at a later date within the availability of the unit due to hurricane evacuation. No refunds for any early departures, regardless of reason. NO SMOKING - NO PETS -The tenant shall occupy the unit in a quiet and dignified manner-no subletting-no extra overnight guests-Non-registered guests are not permitted to use the facilities at any time. Guest in violation of these rules will be asked to vacate the premises with forfeiture of rental and/or deposit monies.

Deposits vary due to weeks booked $200 1 week, $300 two weeks, $400 three weeks, $500 4 weeks and more.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday Multiple weeks available
Rates $850 to $1350 plus 13% Taxes (7%Florida State and 6%resort taxes) plus optional non refundable damage waiver fee of $45. Rates vary depending on time of year. Reservation deposit depends on number of weeks, holiday week rates are $1350. Cancellation fee $100.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
