Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida Island, this gated South Seas condominium offers everything you will need for an exotic tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.

Located directly on the beach, adjacent to pristine, undeveloped, TigerTail Beach, this preferred unit is one of the larger units, with incredible beach, pool, and Gulf water views on one side, as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other.

Enjoy lifetime memories from your balcony, and collect shells in the warm waters of a crescent-shaped beach lagoon adjacent to your vacation home.

The living room is elegantly decorated with leather furniture. The kitchen has an open view of the dining room, living room, beach and Gulf of Mexico (kitchens in some units at the South Seas are enclosed, with no view). The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and has gorgeous pool, beach, Gulf and sunset views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an elevated queen-size inflatable bed. The guest bedroom does not have access to the balcony, providing more security for children when parents are asleep. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. All rooms have wireless internet access. If you prefer, there is a cable internet connection in the living room.

The South Seas has a heated swimming pool and an exercise room. Tennis is available for an hourly fee. Covered parking is included. Boat dock rentals are available on a per-night basis.

The South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Tigertail Beach offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.

Marco Island is a warm, family-oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year.

Great Stay in Marco

I rented this condo for my son and family where they visited us in Marco Island. The unit met our needs perfectly. It was just as described, clean and well equipped for the week. Bob was the perfect owner; they felt very welcome by his note and Florida orange juice. He handled one minor issue we had immediately. Absolutely will rent here again when any of our family visits

Amazing view on Marco Island!

The most amazing view of Tigertail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Great restaurants in the area. Lots of wildlife on Marco. We saw Bald Eagles, Burrowing Owls, and Ospreys. The Kimballs were great hosts! Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed the view, the spacious rooms, and the close location/access to the beach. Lovely beach walks, nature viewing and the kids loved the "big" pool! Would love to come again!

If you are looking for a piece of paradise, consider this for a wonderful vacation.

This condo has a perfect view of the ocean as well as the island and bridge. From the balcony we enjoyed breakfast and the beautiful beach. Every evening we watched the spectacular sunset over the ocean. The building and grounds are clean and well groomed. If only we could have stayed longer than one week!

Marco Island is a great place to visit. Weather, view and beach were great, condo was ok.

Weather and beach were great. Walking Distance to beach is a bit far, Condo really needs a complete upgrade/renovation. Needs better beds. Beach cart and chairs in poor condition, need to be replaced. Was difficult to get laundry done due to many people using shared washer and dryer. Might stay here again if improvements made.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Comments are always appreciated. There are two beaches at the South Seas condominiums. The beach on the lagoon is about 100 yards from the pool exit. The walk across the beach to the Gulf of Mexico is about 330 yards. We live on Marco Island, keep new beach beach equipment on hand, and will exchange anything that is broken. We know that beach equipment gets a lot of normal wear and tear. This might not be visible to us when we check the condo, so let us know when something breaks. As with all concerns, please let us know as soon as possible, while you are in the unit prior to departure, so that we can make your stay as pleasant as possible. This will also help us avoid inconveniencing the next guests. The condo is updated frequently to accommodate families with children. Beds are a personal issue. Some like firm and some like soft. The twin beds in the guest bedroom are firm to withstand “active” children. The king bed in the master bedroom is premium quality, recent, and medium firmness with a “pillow top.” As can be seen in the photos above, the kitchen has black 'granite' counter tops, a modern glass cooktop range, upgraded cabinetry, and a recent dishwasher and refrigerator. Living room furniture is leather, and was recently replaced. Both bedrooms and living room have large cable digital flat panel TVs with HDMI ports for hookup to the blueray DVD, or to the HDMI port on your computer if you have Netflix etc. The South Seas does not permit washers and dryers in the units, but there is a laundry room on each floor. Laundry facilities are usually not busy, but can become congested during holiday vacation weeks just prior to departure. Again, thank you for your review, and we do hope that you will visit us again.
