A fully furnished 2/3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home in the gated Village of Alhambra. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. A den/study contains a daybed that can be configured as a king size or two twin beds.

The home is provided with both Wired and Wireless High Speed Internet Access at speeds up to 50 Mbps. The media center contains a large flat screen TV with 100+ cable channels, BluRay player and AM/FM receiver/amplifier with speakers. A flat screen TV and DVD player are in both the den and the Master Bedroom.

The spacious, vaulted ceiling great room features a sofa, loveseat and a swivel rocker. The dining area provides comfortable seating for 6. The living area, dining area and den have wood flooring and the bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen and bathrooms have new tile flooring. There are ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. The large screened lanai is accessible via sliding doors from the great room or the master bedroom and is furnished with outdoor patio furniture. Hedges and shrubs surround the back garden which provide increased privacy.

All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped so all you need to bring are your clothes and swim suits.

A full size washer and dryer are provided.

Our only restrictions are No Smoking and No Pets.

We rented this property Jan. - Feb. 2017 and had a very enjoyable experience. The location is quiet and close to all the action of Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. The owners were easy to deal with along with the property manager. The electric golf cart provided is a big plus to have that second form of transportation. Would stay again.
