parking area.

Master Bedroom with king size bed has large ensuite with double

sink, corner bath, walk in shower and separate walk in closet area.

2nd bedroom with queen bed & bedroom 3 has twin beds.

The Condo is finished to a very high standard and is well located

(walking distance )for restaurants fine and casual, shops including

Publix supermarket and the many sporting attractions this holiday

island has to offer.

Condo comes fully equipped and its large lanai area overlooks pool

area with jacuzzi and large gas barbeque area with outdoor fridge.

Has its own private ground level entrance and a spacious garage.

Dear Mal, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the wonderful accommodations in Marco. Your condo is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. You have a wonderful place in Marco, I'm sure you enjoy it as well. I forgot how lovely Marco can be. It had been about 15 years since I had been there. The weather could not have been better while we were there. Thanks again for having such a lovely home for us to stay in. It truly made our Marco experience even more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable Marco Island Condo

Very clean, comfortable three bedroom condominium on beautiful Marco Island. Well furnished and with convenient access to the complex's heated pool and outdoor grill/kitchen. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

Owner is easy to contact and very responsive.

Excellent choice of restaurant's- including European Japanese &

3rd bank all within short walking distance.

Short drive to Everglades 35 mins

Naples 9 miles

Orlando 3 hours

Miami 1 1/2 hours

Ft Myers new international airport circa 45 mins
