The unit is a large luxury condominium with lakefront view located in a golf course community near Lake Tarpon and the Gulf beaches. It includes the following: Over 1300 square feet of tastefully furnished living space on the second floor with a great view. Two bedrooms and two full baths. King bed in master bedroom, large walk-in closet, built in desk, color TV and lake view. Second bedroom has two double beds, walk-in closet, computer desk with high speed modum hookup. Beautifully furnished living room with queen sleeper and view of lake with mature oak and pine trees. The living room has high definition color TV with digital cable and DVD/CD player. Designer wall mirrors and cathedral ceiling provide an attractive spacious feeling to the unit. Dinning room with buffet, mirrored display case, chandelier, and table for eight is great for entertaining. Full kitchen with Luminarium lighting and ceiling fan plus range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator and walk-in pantry. Newer full-sized washing machine and dryer are located in the Utility area. The unit is air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room and numerous decorative mirrors. There are ceramic tile floors in the entry, kitchen, master bath and utility rooms. The unit has an assigned Car port plus additional guest parking.

About Ted Meiggs
Owner is an environmental Consultant. He and his wife live in Golden, Colorado. Their two sons and four grandsons live in the Tampa area and they are available to assistance our guests in an emergency. We keep the condo fully equipped since we use it ourselves a couple of times a year to assure that any needed repairs or upkeep is taken care of correctly. We enjoy visiting with our family in the area and participating in the many local attractions such as the beach, sports, golf, boating, dinning out, etc.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 2 month visit. The condo was nice and quiet, and spacious. It was on the second floor which wasn't a problem for us. I'm 72, my wife is (close). You could see the swimming pool across the pond from the condo. The pool and hot tub are brand new. Pool temp 84, hot tub 104. Parking was under cover. We did shopping at a Publix store nearby, and also at a Walmart neighborhood store. There are many restaurants in the area, and we enjoyed a lot of them. My wife and I walk, and we did a lot of that. The area around there is kind of in an upscale location. There is a park about a mile West of the condo called John Chesnut park. It is an emense park. We took our books (we read a lot) over to the park to read and they have many trails to walk. The park is on Lake Tarpon. We really enjoyed that. We had wonderful weather, and would definitly do it again. We are from Wisconsin

Very Comfortable Stay
This condo was nicely situated in the very pleasant community of Palm Harbor just north of Tampa. The condos layout and ammenities provided for a very relaxing stay whether just lounging around or cooking meals when staying in. The lake view out back provided many opportunities for wild life viewing as well as lush vegetation. If we are in the area again we will surely contact Ted and look to stay again.
Many of our guests have stated that they very much enjoyed the relaxing environment of our condo community and the lake view and wildlife that they can observe from our unit. A number of our guests like the comfort of our condo and come back year after year.
Spacious condo looks just like the pictures in the ad. It is located in a quiet complex populated by friendly neighbors some of whom are seasonal and others permanent. The location is central to virtually everything you might want to do in Florida. Owner Ted is just a phone call away if any problems arise. This was our second stay with Ted and we are looking forward to going back in Feb. 2015.

Wonderful Property with A Wonderful Views
The Photos don't do the property justice... because the Unit is very long and more spacious than the photos can show....has a spectacular view of the private pond (which has some pretty good bass fishing)... It is extremely well maintained...smells nice and feels fresh and clean... Every amenity that you'll need like cookware, plates, silver, glasses, utensils, spices, Fridge with ice maker, plenty of towels, washer and dryer... comfortable beds, internet, King size bed and 2 doubles, with a sofa sleeper... really big table with sleeves to be shortened or lengthened.
Has cooshy carpet, large tv in living room and smaller in main bedroom(although neither are flat screen/led etc but does have rca inputs but not hdmi) but does have good cable channels... 2 full size baths (1 shower and 1 shower/tub). Good size closets... both are walk in sized..
Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood, except for the occasional exotic bird or hoot owl :O... Really Really neat in that the golf course is only 50 yards from the property, and if you like seeing wild life you can see lots of deer and turkeys on the course... Plenty of squirrels and shore birds too...and an occasional foot long mini-gator in the pond..
Ted is a really nice guy and very enjoyable to work with... He refunded our deposit in a timely manner and is accountable to the tenants etc...
Also the location is close to walking and biking paths and there are some great neighborhoods to walk or bike through.. Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, Drug Stores, etc. are all within a 3-5 minute drive and less than 1 mile away...
This is a really nice property on the top floor, so no-one walking on top of your head and it has an assigned covered parking and there is plenty of guest parking... Pool is very well maintained as well....
Bout a 25 minute drive to Tampa Airport and 20 minutes to the beaches etc....and 20 minutes to the Sponge Docks etc..
You wont go wrong here....
Wonderful place to stay
I can't say enough about this condo. This was our home for 2 months while I was receiving medical treatment for Lyme Disease. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The condo has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The neighbors are super friendly and welcoming. We made several friends while staying there. Ted the owner checked on us numerous times while we stayed to make sure everything met our expectations, and is an exceptionally nice person. The pool and hot tub are very clean and we liked the fact that it was in a locked location and only the tenants could use it. The location is perfect and only minutes from shopping locations. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back for vacation the next time.
Activities include swimming, boating, biking, walking, golf, tennis, sports viewing, sightseeing, theme parks, Space Center, shopping, dinning, etc. Some of the attractions include a large private heated swimming pool, hottub and clubhouse. The complex is adjacent to Tarpon Woods Golf and Country Club. There are 6 other semi-private or public golf courses within 10 miles. Lake Tarpon with John Chesnut Park and a boat ramp are roughly a mile away. It is only about six miles to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands and State Parks. The latter is often rated as one of the top ten beaches in the United States. Close by is the historic Greek fishing village of Tarpon Springs with its popular sponge docks, restaurants and shops. Major league football (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), hockey (Lightning) and baseball (Tampa Rays) teams play in the area. Several major league baseball teams also have their spring training here. Horse racing is nearby at Tampa Bay
Downs racetrack. Shopping, restaurants and movie theaters are also nearby. Charters are available for both deep sea and fresh water fishing. Kayaking is popular in the area.
