Enjoy beautiful harbor and white water ocean views from our two bedroom, two bathroom corner cottage condo. The kitchen and baths feature granite counter tops and showers, new sinks, toilets, & brushed nickel faucets and fixtures. The traditional entryway wall has been removed, so there is lots of room to work and move around in the kitchen. Recent upgrades include new crown molding throughout the condo, new kitchen and bath cabinetry, and new kitchen island.

The master suite has a new top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic Cal King bed, whitewater ocean views, new contemporary furnishings, and a 39 inch flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom has lovely garden views and two new Serta high quality beds: One queen and one twin. This bedroom features custom built-in cabinetry and a 32 inch flat screen cable TV. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen cable TV, stereo/CD player, DVD player, full harbor and ocean views, queen sofa sleeper, plus HI-SPEED wireless internet access. Enjoy spectacular sunsets as you BBQ and dine on the large, private outdoor deck, overlooking the harbor, lagoon, and ocean. Fully functional kitchen, linens, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and umbrella are provided for your use. This is a great ground level corner cottage, with a large lawn area next to the condo, ideal for couples and families with children of all ages.

Our harbor & ocean view cottage condo is located in a 24 hour secured, exclusive beachfront complex with direct access to wide, white, sandy beaches. Oceanside Beach is known as one of the best beaches in North County San Diego for swimming, surfing and boogie boarding...Not mention sun bathing and and playing in the sand! After your day at the beach, come up and enjoy one of two gorgeous pools and jacuzzis. North Coast Village is conveniently located between San Diego and Newport Beach and close to Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Disneyland and Mexico. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD player, telephone, hi-speed internet access, linens, towels, beach gear, a cozy fireplace, and a balcony bar. Other amenities include excellent surfing, a putting green, common coin laundry facilities, recreation/party room, fitness/weight room, Ping-Pong, foosball and billiards. Enjoy two swimming pools with outdoor showers, two Jacuzzis, a sauna, and outdoor BBQ grill for cookouts. Strolling through the beautiful tropical landscaped grounds, with koi ponds, cascading streams and waterfalls, makes this an ideal location to relax and get away.

This condo association by far was the best association in this area along the beach. Many others were nothing but concrete and asphalt. This association was WELL cared for. Who could not relax in this paradise? The well-lit pathways through out the premises lined with lush vegetation, waterfalls and ponds. The area is quiet; not just the association but the community as well. There are lots of chairs around the pool as well as picnic table. The premises are patrolled on foot by security and this gated community left me feeling secure. We did a lot of walking; on the beach, to the pier, and to the many specialty shop just blocks away. Only negative was the reserved parking space for our full-size vehicle.

This is a garden level unit. Where this made a difference was we had our own entrance. Some of the other units in this association had entrances that reminded me of an apartment building. ++ There was no hallway noise as others were coming and going. The deck on this unit is also large enough to hold a table for 4 plus a grill. Upper level units have smaller decks. Because this unit was on the corner of the building, it had extra windows in the dining and living rooms. It was bright and cheery even on the cloudy days. Did you notice the fireplace?

We stayed over Thanksgiving. It was so nice to have a full kitchen. This unit included a slow cooker, baking pans, and all of the other kitchen items I needed for a nice meal for 8.

I haven't even mentioned the beach yet! This unit faces a street, however, the traffic was only a portion (1/3) of those who reside on the premises, very minimal. You cross the street and you are in the harbor and on the beach.

At no time during our stay did we feel like we were having a little too much family time. This unit is very spacious. The master bedroom had a private room for the shower & toilet. There is a large vanity with good lighting and a full-size closet. You can lie in bed and see the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also nice sized with a full sized closet. There were some items stored in it but the rod was completely useable.

The owners were easy to do business with. They included a booklet of information about the association, a checkout list, as well as a basket of local attractions. The unit was very clean and easy to keep clean. There were tiled floor with throw rugs. The laundry facilities were nearby and $2.25 for a wash-n-dry. Linens were also in great condition. Out of space or I would go on..
