Casual Beach decor...Oak hardwood floors throughout, one bedroom with a very comfortable queen size pillow top mattress, and a leather queen sofa bed in the living room. Living room with comfy leather recliner chair and full size sofa-turns to queen bed. We have a baby crib or inflatable air mattress available making this home sleep up to 5(1 baby). Spring rates starting March 5 from $175/night and fully equipped! Bikes, beach equipment, body and surf boards, wetsuits...we have it all!!!!
Nice tumbled marble look tiled bathroom with shower. 42 inch Sharp Aquos LCD with all HD Fios Cable and all the popular cable channels. 32" wall mounted cable TV in the bedroom. Wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for up to 6 and a bar area for 2. Small private side yard/storage area with BBQ. Has shared use of large patio deck area with bar height 6 chairs, table umbrella, and additional BBQ. Very comfortable as this property has a nice deck and grassy outdoor space not so common this close to the beach. See the pics on our other link or ask and I will be glad to send them.

The location is prime and the most convenient in the downtown beach community. We are centrally located between Main street and the Pier and the Dog Beach. We have a dog friendly park only 2 blocks away and the convenience liquor store, Chronic tacos, New York Style Pizza, and The Coffee/breakfast shop are just a few doors down. the home has a nice common grassy yard and its own private 600 Sq ft deck area. Our beds are super soft and comfy as we ammend with extra padding as needed even the sofa bed. We use mattress protectors which keep them sanitary, like new!

This was a great place to stay. It was only a few blocks from the beach, the pier, and the downtown shopping area. It was also very well furnished and offered lots of additional amenities like surfboards, wetsuits, beach towels, boogie boards and more. The owners were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone.
My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and close to essentially everything we needed or wanted to do the 5 days we were there. Will definitely return in the future.
I can't begin to express how amazing this house is. It is cozy, clean , perfectly located and the owner is very accommodating .
Our family of myself and my 3 ,early 20 something daughters and their boyfriends, thought this was the prime vacation spot.
It is a short walk/bike ride to the beach and steps away from chronic tacos, pizza , dog friendly coffee/cafe shop,and liquor store/market. The residence is a gorgeous bungalow type setup and is immaculate. The other renters were friendly and polite. There are beach essentials, bikes etc. not to mention internet and w/d .Everything you could want for a beach vacation is right here. Thanks , Mike, for being so cool ! We will be back!!
Great location, was exactly as described. Loved the patio area, which is tough to find an outdoor sitting area in most rentals. Very quiet - we have stayed in other rentals where a lot of parties & commotions kept us up all night. Dedicated parking spot was a benefit. Owner was very responsive. Only negative thing I can comment on is it was difficult to figure out which unit was the rental, because there is no address posted. Overall it was a fantastic vacation spot and served us well.
I could not describe the property any better than a Home away from Home. The pictures do not do the property justice, the landlord is helpful and makes himself available, location wise it's close to everything.....there are even condiments to get you started on your stay. We felt so comfortabl and will definitely be back.
