We really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be returning!

  • 4 of 5

My wife and I spent the weekend celebrating our anniversary and her birthday and this was the perfect place! The house had beautiful views anytime of the day and was central to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be returning to this spot!

Great little cottage right on the lake. Near lots of wineries and outdoor activities.

  • 4 of 5

The cottage was overall very clean and nice. The parking was very difficult with 3 cars. There is no WiFi so when my sister had to do her homework she had to sit out in her car by the road to pick up on the owner’s other house which had WiFi. Mike was nice but slow to getting back on email replies and instead of answering questions just told me to contact his property manager, Karen. Karen was very nice and helpful. The area was very calm and peaceful but the neighbor to the right of the house was rude to my sisters and I and demanded we didn’t have bon fires since he felt the wind would blow the smoke into his house. The Cottage is very nice for a short stay but difficult to comfortably fit 4 adults (there is a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room which my sisters said was very uncomfortable). Overall, it was a nice trip.

Nice place for 2 for a weekend getaway

  • 4 of 5

Everything was exactly as described. The cottage was very clean and everything was in working order. It was easy to get to and a nice location to wineries, Ithaca and Geneva. The beds were very uncomfortable for us but that is the only negative thing I really have to say. Great view of the sunsets! Bedroom is on the bottom floor and you can walk right out to the deck/beach. It was a nice place for 2 to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

beautiful view

  • 4 of 5

place has a beautiful view, nice two levels, loved the fire bowl. We really enjoyed our stay the location on the lake, so these ideas are just things to really make this place 5 star stay.

- replace the 1995 tv's, flat screens are cheap

- the screen door downstairs needs fixing, especially because there is no air unit downstairs so its the only way to bring cool air in at night.

- would be nice to have paper towels and tissues

- put in a small trash can for recyclables.

- fix light on porch, so i can see out there at night

- lot of cobb webbs

- get comfortable chairs for deck to really enjoy view

Would def recommend tho for anybody looking to chill with a nice place on lake.
