The Master Bedroom has a kingsized bed comprised of two twin beds with a custom made
headboard. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds.
The Kitchen is completely furnished and all linens are included. Our livingroom and kitchen
areas are nicely tiled as are the bathrooms.
We have a private patio with furniture and a garage with an automatic openner.
Our houses are located within the ORMOND SCENIC LOOP AND TRAIL which has been designated as a
scenic byway. Besides the beautiful ocean views, there are also swamps, forest, great bird watching,
We have had the privilege of welcoming visitors to 12 Beechwood Drive for the past 19 years. During those visits we have met new people from Holland, Germany, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic and, not to forget, the good ole USA. It has always been our mission to keep our house especially clean, everything working, and no disappointments.

I have always loved this house and its quick access to the beach, Daytona's famous events, shopping and banking. We offer good value for your tourist dollar.
The description of the rental property is exactly as listed. My wife and I rented the property for a month and could not have been happier. The lawn is beautifully manicured. We were delighted with the decor and Marty was easygoing and a pleasure to work with. This is now my wife's and my go to rental whenever we come back to the area. It's a quick walk to the beach and to Publix but far enough off the main strip to have your privacy. WE LOVED IT!
My husband and I stayed here 8 days. The house is very comfortable and Marty is really great. It was very easy to secure the place for 4th of july week. Everything was clean and in working order. It is close to the beach and other activites in Daytona. We are hoping to rent this again in the future. Mary is very easy to work with, just leave the house like you found it and you will get your deposit back with no problems. We had a little problem with connecting to the WiFi and we called him and he was right there. Great place.

Our cottages are rented by the week or by the month.
The WEEKLY rate is $675 and includes 13% tax. The July HIGH SEASON rate is $675 per week.
Our MONTHLY rate is $1360.
Basic rent includes the cost of all utilities and end cleaning. Monthly guests whose electric
bill exceeds $100 will be asked to pay the addition utility.
Payment is due in advance or on arrival with the agreement of both parties. Payments can be made by cash, cashier's check or money order. Payments that are made up to 2 weeks before occupancy may be made by personal check.
