If you are looking for one of the best 3BR/3BA villa on the Isle of

Palms, reserve this one and feel confident you've succeeded.

What a beautiful place to spend a vacation! This second-floor,

oceanfront villa will deliver everything you ask for in a vacation

destination, while providing all of the comforts of your own home.

It is located in the very center of the complex directly above the

boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy dinner or a relaxing drink on the

spacious deck that provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Enjoy the wide beaches of Isle of Palms that are a few feet from the

property. There are six restaurants and shopping areas across the

street or within a short walk of the building. Downtown Charleston's

history, shopping, and nightlife is only a 15 minute drive away.

Unlike most of the other comparable complexes on the island, this

one has a large pool and several opens grassy spaces that can be

used for sunbathing or a game of catch. The pool and lounge area is

complete with lounge chairs, tables, and two industrial gas grills

for your use. It has got it all.

We have recently remodeled the majority of the unit. The upgrades in

the living area were hardwood floors in the living area, granite

countertops in kitchen,

fresh paint throughout the unit, and crown molding throughout the

villa. We also have added new drapes in the living area to replace

the vertical blinds that were there previously.

The master suite was alos comletely redone by equipping the space

with a new king size bed, new carpet, fresh paint, new furniture in

the sitting room and general decor to brighten up your stay. The

masteralso includes a walk-in closet, and

sitting.

The villa's large deck stretches the entire width of the unit and is

accessible from the master suite as well as the living room. The

deck has plenty of space whether you want to lounge while reading a

book at the sitting area outside the master bedroom's deck entry or

have a meal with the family at the bar-style table that

sits outside. The master bathroom has two sinks a large garden tub

and a stand alone shower. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and

living room all have large televisions equipped with digital high

definition cable. Each television is also accompanied by a DVD

player.

The second bedroom has plenty of storage and closet space, a queen-

size bed, and an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has two

twin beds and bathroom too. Each of the bedrooms were recently

upgraded with new carpet. The sectional sofa in the living area

pulls out into a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked

(utensils and appliances) and includes a bar with stools. The dining

table will seat eight if choose not to eat outside and enjoy the

view.

If you are planning on visiting the Charleston area, why stay in a

stuffy hotel when you can enjoy a 1600 square foot, oceanfront

villa? Grocery stores and major shopping complexes are just across

the bridge from Isle of Palms while the exclusive island itself

remains uncrowded and peaceful. If you reserve our villa once, I

expect it will become an annual tradition.

Please note the following: Our availability calendar is kept up to

date daily. Our rates below include EVERYTHING. We add nothing to

it. All taxes, management, maintenance, cleaning, check in fees are

included. That isn't the case with most units you will find on this

site. This unit is professionally managed by a company that is less

than a mile away. That management company will check you in and out

and provide you with all linens and towels needed for your stay.

They will also be available if any maintenance is needed on the unit

or appliances.

Condo was great despite the rain

We have rented a lot of condos around the world and this was one of the best for lay out and proximity to the beach. Easily handled a family of four with 3 bathrooms.

Check in was very easy with a late arrival. Owner response rate to questions was quick.

Ocean, Palm Trees, Dolphins, and Sand! Oh My!

As we began our search for place to stay for some of our winter time, we knew we wanted to stay in place that was going to give us a beautiful view, some space and be close to the things we knew we enjoyed. Our "Home Away" from our home was for part of February and March of 2016. We booked it for a few weeks and looked forward to the time to be spent in Isle of Palms. From the time of booking, the owners of the condo were awesome to work with, before we committed and after. They were great to answer all our questions, quick to return calls and emails.

The first picture we saw of the condo was of wine glasses and a bottle of wine overlooking an incredible view the of the ocean! The picture was everything it promised! We woke up to that view every morning and drank our coffee at the high- top table. Our end of the day was much the same, but without the coffee ;). It was great to watch the dogs play on the beach, people relaxing and see surfers, paddle boarders and dolphins. Yes, dolphins! Then, we walked just steps to the beach to run, walk and relax. It never felt crowded.

We already knew the area and eagerly anticipated our time every day. The building was well maintained as well as all of the grounds and area around our building. The Wyndham Management Team were great to work with as well. They answered questions and were quick to respond on a couple of occasions. The building was quiet and just so welcoming each day.

The location could not have been better! Upon arrival, we knew immediately we had made the right choice. The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with things for everyday use and then, there was just the overall comfortable feeling we felt.

We wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and the beach. There are restaurants of all types. If you want to be casual off the beach, your are close to several. Nicer restaurants area also nearby for dinners. Breakfast options were also walkable even with a chill in the air in February! You could walk a decent walk to Wild Dunes, or drive. Isle of Palms has all you need like grocery, eating, etc. but you could easily drive to Sullivan's Island and Mt. Pleasant for more shopping, movies, and choices of places to eat.

Again, a great place to stay! We love the condo and Isle of Palms. We can't imagine that it gets better anywhere else. We plan on returning every year. Yes, we would recommend to family and friends as long as they don't try to book it when we do! :)

Great place to stay!

Have stayed here 4 times now. Each time I am reminded why I come back. Place is always comfortable and clean. Comes with a great view and easy access to Charleston or nearby shops/restaraunts. Look forward to our next visit

Very nice view

While this condo had a very nice view being ocean front, it did have it's drawbacks. I imagine in summer and on weekends the rest of the year the beach can get quite crowded as there is a public access right next to the property, having a large parking lot across the street that people living inland would use and did.The condo itself is quite plain, with a mismatch of furniture, no toaster when we arrived, a coffee pot that has used it's nine lives, Teflon pans so scratched you would' ed use them. Property was clean but needed some T.L.C., such as carpeting needs to be replaced, kitchen cabinets were in dire need of needing to be replaced.
