Studio, 0 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 4 Sleeps
We are a southern California family that loves to spend time in Mammoth. We enjoy the summers as much or more than the beautiful winters. We enjoy fishing, backpacking and of course skiing. This place has been a wonderful getaway for our family of 5 and now is extending to include grandkids. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Karl purchased this Studio in 2007
Why Karl chose Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort
We bought this property because it is convenient for all Mammoth has to offer at a reasonable price. We fell in love with the amenities of the complex and the wooded view out our back window. The complex is close to town with the supermarket, theatres, stores, and shops. Mammoth has great restaurants nearby as well. Being on the ground floor with convenient parking out front means we don't have to carry all our luggage and gear upstairs or down long walkways. The best thing is we have completely stockpiled everything you would need in a studio with lots of storage and conveniences like hooks for everything. We even have curtains in front of the bunk beds to block out the light. We know you will enjoy the place as much as we do.
What makes this Studio unique
Close and convenient to everything - Town, Shuttle, pool, and spa. Parking is right out front. Ground floor condo so convenient to pack and unpack. Wooded area behind the condo. Well laid out to accommodate 2 kids in bunk beds while the fold down queen has a comfortable foam topper. Wood stove with wood provided. Completely updated kitchen with granite countertop and a large granite island to use. All the amenities you would need in a kitchen.

3 night stay
A clean well stocked unit a bit on the older side. Comfortable bed and everything worked. I was there to fish so I didn’t stay in the unit that much and took my meals out.
Would stay again!
This is a great, compact property that feels spacious! Amazing that you can comfortably sleep 6 in just 550 square feet. The beds were firm, furnishings were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. There is an incredible amount of storage in this little place and it is near the pool and laundry.
Loved the place. Perfect for our needs. Great clarity in all instructions, etc. Thanks.
Four great days and nights in Mammoth Lakes.
condo was perfectly located for Bluesapalooza...1 mile. Walking distance to Vons, restaurants.
Great, cheap place to stay
As others have said, there is a weird smell, probably from smokers but it's definitely worth the price. I would stay here again in a second. Everything was easy and close enough to the mountain and village.
overall, a nice place. I would stay here again.
