Our oceanfront condo is ideally located on the 4th floor, high enough to reveal the full beach and ocean, but low enough to see and enjoy the playfulness of the dolphins. From our spacious balcony, experience stunning sunrises and enjoy the comforting shade from both the morning and mid-day sun. You have a direct and full view of the Atlantic Ocean, but also a full leisurely view up the beach, north, as far as the eye can see. Here, the mornings are frequently greeted by passing dolphins, and at dusk, the Brown Pelicans wing their way back to their roost.
Our oceanfront condo has been completely and thoughtfully remodeled with the guidance of a professional designer. We were inspired to create an indoor environment, when away from the beach or pool, meant as a luxurious retreat or oasis. Our beachfront home surrounds you in relaxed elegance as each of the furnishings were selected for their beauty and comfort (each bedroom has premium queen-sized bedding, the sofa and chairs have down-filled cushions and the sofa converts to a double bed with sofa-mattress plus an air-pillow-top for added comfort). The open-air configuration allows you to enjoy the beauty of the ocean from any room, whether the kitchen, dining area or living room. The spacious master bedroom, similarly, faces the Atlantic Ocean and has sliding glass door access to the balcony, as well as a private master bath, with double pocket doors to the enlarged bathroom and walk-in shower. The large guest bedroom also enjoys the privacy of its own bathroom, including a tub and shower. Everything was remodeled - from the kitchen, its cabinets and appliances, to redesigned and decorated bathrooms, dining and living areas, and home furnishings.
The healing influence of the sun, the peace (and power) of the ocean, and the discriminating comforts of our beachfront condominium home, all invite you here. For the continued enjoyment of family and guests, please respect our request that there is NO SMOKING, no pets, and that we can accommodate no more than 6 people.

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I did not want to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was a nice walk to Flagler Shops and Restaurants.
A perfect vacation!
We spent a wonderful week at the beach in this lovely condo, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The condo was very clean, the new floors were great, and that rug in the living room is incredible, like "Get Him to the Greek" stroke the furry wall awesome. The views from the balcony and the master bedroom are breathtaking, waking up and looking down the coast from your bed is an experience I've never had and I must say it was more than beautiful. Also, this place has everything you will need, and then some, just show up, and you will be good. We loved this place so much, that we will be back for sure. Oh yea, be sure and check out the dolphins in the morning from the balcony, a really nice way to start the day.
A kitchen better equipped than mine at home! Beautiful ocean views coming through the windows and doors! My favorite colors of blue and yellow made the condo cheery and inviting. Having two bikes was a bonus for us and we drove on the beach and around the quiet streets of New Smyrna Beach. The owners responded to all of our questions and were very accomodating. A month wasn't long enough. New Smyrna Beach is one of the friendliest towns we have visited and the condo was close to restaurants, shopping and galleries. The Golden Arms is clean and well maintained and landscaped and the staff was very helpful. Another nice feature was having a garage. We hope to come back to this little corner of Paradise.
Beautiful Decor - Beautiful View
I have been staying at this complex since the late 1970's. This is the first time in this unit however. The decor was perfect for us, very nice but not so uncomfortable that you felt stiff. The mattress on the Ethan Allen pull out sofa was the most comfortable pull-out ever! The views are amazing! We love New Smyrna, it is busy enough to have great restaurants and a wonderful shopping in the Flagler area, but not so busy you are fighting long waits and traffic all the time!
The only 2 negatives were: There was no internet coverage, which was a problem, I used a pay service called SkyRim and it was VERY inconsistent. Secondly the pool was too hot, it was not refreshing at all. Like I said I have been staying here for 30+ years and the pool is large and usually not this way.
Overall, I would most definitely stay at this complex and most most definitely stay in this unit again!

Beach chairs and umbrellas; Pool, putting green, and shuffleboard; two Beach Bikes (adult) for rides along the beach or through town. Additionally, coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building, as you may need or choose.
