About Ted & Rebecca Hall
The Hall Family have been at the Branchport end of Keuka Lake since the 1920's. Five generations have had the opportunity to enjoy boating, fishing, and all seasonal activities on Keuka Lake. It all started with our Great Grandfather, George W. Hall with his cottage and troutboat rentals at Campbell's Beach, now Camp Good Days. He is one of the featured boatbuilders at the Finger Lakes Boating Museum in Hammondsport. We spend as much time as we can at Crescent Beach, but enjoy that our lakeside cottage is available at other times to both returning and new guests. We have rented the cottage since 1994.
Ted & Rebecca Hall purchased this Cottage in 1994
Why Ted & Rebecca Hall chose Branchport
448 Crescent Beach is located right on the water and the view from the screened in porch is a favorite memory of all who have stayed at the cottage.

Lovely, quiet spot with great lake view.
This was one of the nicest cottages we have had the pleasure to vacation at. The level access and lakefront made it so easy to unload and enjoy the beach and dock area. Fishing was great, and we had all the amenities anyone could want. Thank you, Ted and Becky for a wonderful week.
Great relaxing lake side getaway!
Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over memorial day weekend with our one year old Labrador. The house is literally right on the water so our dog was able to splash around in the lake and even jump off the dock. The house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing weekend. It has a great porch/deck over looking the water and a great dock with Adirondack chairs at the end. We enjoyed coffee at least 2 mornings on the dock. The house is also very close to many restaurants and wineries so you definitely won't be bored. The owners were so nice and very easy to communicate with, we actually met them in person as they own the house next door also and came up for the holiday the last night we were there. Overall, a great location and all you could ask for in a rustic lake house. Would definitely rent it again!
So glad you enjoyed staying at our cottage on Crescent Beach. Thank you for leaving everything so nice.
An actual piece of heaven
Our family has spent time on several lakes over the years including Keuka last year in a different location......our time in Branchport on Crescent Beach was best of all. The location is perfect, quiet and water shallow, the cottage was quaint with all the comforts of home. First time we just didn’t want to go home. Thank you Ted and Becky for making us feel like family and not guests. We most certainly will be back next year
What a wonderful week my family had at this lakeside cottage.
The owners were so nice and made our stay special. We loved the deck and the great water views, swimming right off of the dock and the quietness.
We had everything we needed to make a great vacation with the kitchen well supplied with the items you would need. We were close to shopping and sightseeing and dining.
We hope to return to Hall's at Crescent Beach next year.
Crescent beach paradise
This is the third year in a row that we stayed here. The pictures of the cottage are great, but when you actually see it, it is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, the porch is along the front right on the waters edge. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need, kitchen ware, blankets, outdoor chairs, an area to clean fish. This is a place we plan to visit every year. The dock is nice, with Adirondack chairs and stairs to get into the lake (which is so clean) That is where we spent most of our week. Enjoy!!!!
Fishing, Boating, Swimming, Hikes, and Relaxing!
70' dock for boats, sundeck patio at end of dock with stairs into water, boat mooring, 14'aluminum rowboat, paddle boat, life jackets, gas grill and fire pit lakeside on adjacent lot.
Water depth at the end of the dock is around 3 feet and continues to be shallow almost 1/2 way to the buoys. The buoys mark the drop off.
Inside the buoys is a no wake zone and is an excellent swimming area for families and younger children.
There are many resturants, shops, libraries and winerys to tour in the Branchport, Penn Yan, and Hammondsport areas.
