Why Matthew Matthew chose Emerald Pointe
Beautiful Lake Views
Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
Just stayed at this property for the week and it was a great setup. Beautiful views from the multi level porch and the inside was very spacious which easily accommodated 5 adults, 5 kids and two dogs!
We had family from 4 states meet at this property, and there was plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 kids. Nice to have a dock to use. Had a great time.
Nice location but the house for lake access, needs a deep cleaning.. House has cockroaches running around inside and also spider webs. Limited amount of towels and wash cloths for the amount of bedrooms.
Yes after you mentioned we had the property setup on a monthly pest plan and hired a new cleaning company to assist ...
We also added new towels .... we had wished you had asked us at the time of your stay as we did have additional towels that could have been supplied to you ...
Beautiful house and property but not as well maintained as it could be.
Owner not very communicative. House and grounds are beautiful. Some landscaping and keeping up on maintaining the property wouldn't go amiss.
Gorgeous Lake House
My wife and family rented this house with some of our friends for a weekend getaway. (Clemson game) The house and furnishings exceeded our expectations! It's very spacious and inviting (gorgeous lake views) and there were plenty of things to do at the house when we were not out on the lake. The owner was super nice and very accommodating. We can't wait to come back next year! Thanks Matt!
