Why Lisa Seifert chose Fairview

Great value close to downtown
We had a great stay at Lisa’s. The apartment has lots of special touches and Lisa was very helpful. We walked to downtown easily for a day of exploring. Great value!
Great hideaway just outside of downtown
Super cute little hideaway within walking distance of downtown Anchorage (0.8 miles). Easy access to all restaurants and visitor activities. Quiet neighborhood, Lisa was great with good advice for things to do.
Great place to call home
We recently stayed with Lisa at her Sea Wolf Inn for 4 nights. Her place is very clean, comfortable, and has so many amenities it really felt like coming home after a long day of being out and about! She is a wonderful host, and is very responsive and helpful. The location is great, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Lisa!
Lisa was extremely friendly. She had stocked the kitchen with a little of everything. We were able to have a nice breakfast and even dinner there. She also made sure there was all the information that you may need regarding Anchorage, and what to do there. The only thing I would say, is that it isn't too private, with windows with coverings that were see-through.
OH geeze I always look at that and feel there is enough privacy, but please do let me know me know the windows that need attention and I will take care of that. I do so always listen to good feedback and advice on making The Sea Wolf Inn a warm welcoming place to stay.
Thanks for staying
The Sea Wolf allows easy access to downtown Anchorage with a neighborhood feeling. For me, much better than the hustle of a big hotel and more affordable.
Comfortable, cozy place just a few blocks of downtown Anchorage
Lisa was a friendly and helpful host. She had bagels for us and many informative brochures to help with our planning. Her place has a somewhat rustic feel, and yet it is decorated with many paintings and photos. The “no shoes” policy helps to keep it very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and includes more basic cooking items, like spices and oil, than is typical. Being within walking distance of downtown makes It a really good place for exploring Anchorage and it’s environs.
You will be in Alaska so the possible activities are as endless as your imagination.
We are 1 block away from The iditarod trail on Cordova street. walk out the door a see the mushers go by.
