friendly resort has four pools, mini golf, basketball court, game room, hot tub and a lighted tennis court to keep your family happy for hours. This condo is just 5 minutes from casual restaurants, grocery stores, ball fields, Pier Park and the new Walmart.

Our central location on the west end of Panama City Beach makes it easy to enjoy the excellent dining and shopping on scenic Hwy 30A and the Beaches of South Walton.

Return signed lease/pet policy with deposit payment within 5 days of booking. Dates are officially reserved when deposit is received.

Send rent payment 30 days prior to arrival.

Door code is given to guest one week from arrival. Damage deposit is returned to guest within 2 weeks after departure.

Why Cindy Jarmon chose Panama City Beach

We love the quiet west end of Panama City Beach because this location at Horizon South has it all. Everyone enjoys the 5 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, and shuffleboard. Exercising and dog walking is convenient of our 22 acre property. We are also less than 5 minutes from the ball fields at Frank Brown Park which softball families appreciate. Guests can spend entire days at Pier park with it's many restaurants, shopping, amusement park rides, theaters, and entertainment venues. Many music and seasonal events are staged in the amphitheater at Pier Park. Don't miss the free Thursday evening summer concerts, chairs and coolers allowed.

Not to be missed is Conservation Park, just 3 minutes west of the resort and it has over 5,000 acres of bird watching, biking and hiking trails for you and your dog.

Scenic Hwy 30A and the Beaches of South Walton are 10 minutes west inviting visitors and locals to enjoy casual/fine dining and free concerts and events.

Perfect Stay at Awesome Condo

We stayed for Spring Break. We have stayed at Horizon South before and love it - first time renting this unit. It was perfect! It was very clean, and Cindy has truly thought of everything. We enjoyed grilling out on the patio and playing board games - and the poker set! Turns out my 12 year old daughter is a card shark. (Never mind college... we're sending her on the poker tour!) Cindy mailed our deposit refund check immediately. She has been a pleasure to work with. As for Horizon South itself... family friendly and LOVE location, close to beach, Pier Park and ball parks. A nice, safe environment with a nice mix of permanent residents (mostly retirees) and families on vacation. With older kids it is so nice to enjoy a cocktail on the patio (Cindy has even provided cocktail shaker and margarita glasses) while the kids entertain themselves playing putt-putt, basketball, tennis or swimming in one of the FOUR pools! In fact - we love this complex and this condo so much, we put an offer on an identical unit while we were there and are now under contract! Though it looks like we won't need to rent any more, we HIGHLY recommend Cindy and this wonderful condo. :)

Owner's Response: Once again I have the pleasure of notifying my housekeeper of continued comments related to excellent condo cleaning. We stay in this condo frequently and the inventory includes many items that enhance our leisure time as well as our guests. What this family experienced is exactly what we wish for our future guests, on site amenities that keep the youngsters busy and much deserved down time on the patio for the adults. If fact, we also visited this resort many years ago and then purchased one for our family. We knew this condo, this resort, and the amenities were a perfect fit for us.

A little disappointed

This unit was clean but dated. A little TLC is needed. A few items that required attention didn't get looked after. Seems this was the fault of the maintenance people but no follow up was done either. Unit would be great for a week or two but the small kitchen was not adequate for a three month stay. The complex itself (Snowbird Association) was great. Many friendly people and lots of activities to partake in. Very disappointed that we had to pay for Wi-Fi at $60 per month and the additional power bills were very high. We agreed to these terms but we thought this was normal. We didn't meet anyone else who paid these additions. We also seemed to pay a higher monthly rate than most people. I guess we were too eager to get a pet friendly unit. A flat screen television should be standard after all it is 2017. More communication needed between renter and owner. NB Brighton ON

We will continue to work with our excellent maintenance department to provide a trouble free environment for our guests. We also know our guests enjoy a nicely decorated condo so we completed many purchases in 2016 and will continue to have updating in our yearly plans. The condo kitchen, while compact, is well organized and well stocked with all items needed for cooking a great meal after a day on the beach. To insure guest satisfaction, we insist on complete transparency and good communication during the reservation process. Each guest receives a lease detailing the rental rates and other applicable fees, resort, condo, pet and check out policies, a resort map, and pre-arrival information. Ample time is given for questions and clarification before any payment is accepted. So, call and book your getaway today. This condo, this resort, and "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches are waiting for you and your family.

Amazing

The accommodations were great, amenities were also great. The staff at the property was extremely friendly and helpful. Being right across from the beach was amazing and there are plenty of attractions nearby. My wife and I walked to Pier Park each morning. Ms. Cindy was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with theough the entire process.

Awesome place to visit

It was awesome. Right in the center of complex everything within easy walking distance. The condo was nicely decorated with pretty much everything one would need. The only two things I could not find was Sheets for the sofa bed and scissors to cut off tags. Will be staying again!!!

The phrase ''little TLC needed'' may be a substitute for the reviewer's first name and does not refer to any deficiencies in the condo. Our condo sleeps 6-8 and Future guests will find sleeper sofa sheets in the upstairs closet and scissors will be added to the condo inventory. We welcome any suggestions to improve our guests' experience in our condo. If a guest finds any housekeeping or maintenance issues, this responsive owner would welcome a call and a chance to correct a situation as soon as possible, and we have. We always have a Plan B.

Great time had by all

The girls and I really enjoyed our stay. Our condo had everything we needed. The condo was neat and clean. The resort was easy to get in and out. Enjoyed walking our pup around the grounds although I did see evidence of other pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. I felt we had the best location for being near everything such as shopping dining and beaching. Looking forward to next year

Owner's Response: A convenient resort location and easy access to your condo make for a more pleasant stay and guests enjoy that very much. My housekeeper knows that cleanliness is a prime concern for our past and future guests and she provides a worry-free environment for them. She always calls me when departure cleaning is completed so I will know the condo is ready on time for the next guest. She also includes a condition report on the condo so I can mail the deposit right away. Now, about the "evidence" found by this guest...I will encourage all dog owning guests to comply with the nothing left behind rule. I will begin stocking my condos with complimentary doggie bags for the convenience of future guests.

The Best Girl's Vacation Ever!

I spent the best girl's vacation ever at Cindy's condo. As one of the other reviewers described, Cindy provided a full list of vacation options to ensure we easily found great beaches and restaurants that only the locals might be aware of. The condo is perfectly located and offers so many amenities. We started each day with a walk at a local preserve. The variety of walking trails offered a new adventure everyday. And then came beach time. Laguna Beach, only a short drive away, was one of my favorites. The water reminded me of the Carribean, the turquoise color was beautiful and crystal clear. After a day at the beach it was perfect to come home, jump in the pool and later cook a liesurely meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or go to one of the many great restaurants, only minutes away. And for anyone who likes to shop, Cindy recommended we check out the Carousel Supermarket and to visit Seaside. I can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at Cindy's again if it is available.
