The ONE BEDROOM One Bath Suite has a 10' x 20' Wood Sun Deck, it Sleeps 4 with a Queen Size Bed and a Queen size Sleep Sofa. It includes a Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Stove, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Full Bath w/Tub & Shower, Large Walk-In Closet, 40" Flat Panel TV, Cable, and Wireless Internet. There is an Out Door Hot & Cold Shower, a Coin-op Washer Dryer and a BBQ Grill on the patio under the Mango tree. This Apartment is very clean and is on the second floor over my home and has ONE OF THE BEST VIEWS of the Waters in Pass A Grille.

The TWO BEDROOM Two Bath includes the upper One Bedroom Suite and a separate Bedroom on the Lower level which has a separate entrance. The Second Bedroom Sleeps 2 in a Queen Bed. It has it's own private Bath w/shower, a 32' Flat Panel TV, Refrigerator, Granite Breakfast Bar, Microwave oven, Coffee maker, Toaster oven, Kitchen sink, Cable, Wi-fi and a view of the water. 2nd Bedroom to be quoted separately

The beach is just a 2 minute walk.

About the Owner

Born in Washington D.C. lived in Wheaton, Maryland, 28 years. We have been in Florida since 1980 and in Pass a Grille since 1985. Currently Joe has been a Business/ Real Estate Broker since 1983 and owns and operates a Self Service Coin Laundry as well as a couple of other rental properties. Sandy is from New Bedford, Massachusetts we meet in Maryland and we were married in 1978. She currently is working for Wells Fargo Bank. Sandy and I have lived and raised our children in this great beach community since 1985. It feels like we are on vacation everyday.

sweet spot - would live here year round!

This is a terrific, quiet spot - perfect for R&R. Two separate units rented well together for our family - the Rhodes live on site in a separate 1st floor apartment and they were wonderful, thoughtful hosts -- even have bicycles available! Wonderful use of limited space, and the views are lovely. We especially appreciated having multiple outdoor seating areas to choose from. The table under the mango tree was our favorite since there is great shade and we had a nice breeze. The parking is on the street using visitor permits, but we never had trouble finding a spot right in front of the house. The one hiccup was that there was no water pressure upstairs (none!) when someone downstairs was using the shower. That was a little inconvenient toward the end of our stay when there was non-family occupying the lower-level studio. This place would rate five stars except for the water situation and also the upstairs bedroom gets really hot if you close the door - there doesn't seem to be A/C in there. We hope to stay here again!

Charming 1 BR's with views of the Bay and the Ocean

Both the 1 Bedroom Suite and Studio apartments were lovely. Everything was clean and fresh in the unit. Plenty of beach and bath towels and linens were on hand. The decor set the tone of a "beach get away" from the moment you step on the welcome mats. Joe & Sandy the owners take excellent care of the property. There were a couple of miscommunications along the way but they were immediately accommodating to make our stay the best it could be. The units are not connected which was a little confusing when our group booked both rooms. The studio is convenient on the ground floor, while the One Bedroom Suite offers better views of the water, a little extra living space and a full kitchen. Both units found the beds to be a little too soft but it did not affect our enjoyment on our trip. You can easily walk everywhere in Historic Pass A Grille from the location finding boutiques, restaurants and novelties. It's definitely a property we hope to return to and recommend to others!

Didn't want to leave!!!

We had a beautiful time in Pass A Grille for my brothers wedding. The beach was relaxing and calm with unlimited shells. My girls stayed in the ocean almost the entire vacation. We were minutes from the beach, restaurants and monthly street fair. Joe was wonderful and provided information for us to get around more easily. We were able to relax and enjoy our family. It was a much needed vacation. It was a home away from home and I didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you Joe for the wonderful accommodations.

Quiet, Relaxing Getaway!

No complaints about this rental here! We rented the upper and lower unit and was perfect for family of 5 adults. The view of the bay was great, and restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. The owners were very helpful, and were gracious in letting us use their extra bicycles, beach chairs, and beach towels. Pass-a-grille is such a great community, not over commercialized like some other vacation spots. Definitely hope to rent this again in the future!

Piece of Paradise

Spectacular location..watched the sunrise from the picture window in the living room and the sunset from the beach a few minutes away. The dolphins in the channel provided quite a show which we also saw clearly from the apt when we weren't sitting on a bench directly across the street. The apt was absolutely spotless and very tastefully decorated. It exceeded our expectations. Joe, Sandy & Annie were the perfect landlords, but we rarely had to seek them out as everything we could have asked for was provided. However, we should have asked about use of a fishing pole, as after buying one we found they even would have provided that item! It was a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and delicious ice cream parlor. We especially enjoyed the Ahi Tuna and the Monkey Balls at the Brass Monkey and the crab leg appetizer at The Wharf as well as an enjoyable breakfast at Hurricanes. We were even fortunate enough to have freshly caught Spanish Mackerel, but keep in mind that you do need to visit the bait shop on Gulf Blvd to purchase a fishing license. However, if you take advantage of a fishing excursion on Miss Pass-a-Grille, as we did last year, the license is taken care of. We highly recommend that experience..the Captain and crew were terrific. We truly hope circumstances allow us to stay at this extraordinary rental again in the future.
