Looking for a scenic getaway? This waterfront, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has a magnificent view and overlooks the main channel and sleeps 6-7 adults. This Harbour Towne condo is located on the north shore near Mile Marker 1. Walk out to the large, tiled deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. This condo is fully furnished and ready to enjoy with breakfast bar and dining area. Two bedrooms have a private bathroom. Condo is nine steps up from reserved parking. Complimentary free WiFi available in the condo. There is a large pool nearby that overlooks the lake as well. Walking paths nearby and playground and tennis courts are up the hill near the parking lot entrance.

Summer holiday stays require at least a 3-day rental.

In-season Nightly Rates: $180 Monday - Thursday, $200 Friday - Sunday
Weekly Rates (1 night free): In-season weekly $1120, Off-season weekly $750

Cancellation policy: 50% refund for cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in date.
100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in date.

Rental requires a 2-night minimum stay and $250 security deposit. Holiday weekends (Easter, Memorial, July 4th, Labor) require a 3-night minimum. 50% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation with signed rental agreement. Balance due, $80 cleaning fee, and security deposit must be received 15 days prior to stay. Rates are subject to change until confirmation is made. Rental Website payment, personal check or Paypal accepted.
In-season rates (May 1 - Oct. 1):
$200 per night for Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights
$180 per night for Monday - Thursday nights
Weekly rate- one night free: $1120 per week
Off-season rates (Oct. 2 - April 30): $125
Weekly rate- one night free: $750
We require no smoking and no pets in the condo, thanks.
Use of the fireplace is not allowed. Condo rules require quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM on weekdays and midnight - 8 AM on weekends and holidays. Renter must be a minimum of 25 years old and be included in members staying at the condo.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
