This waterfront, large second floor end unit (approx. 1,700 sq

ft plus lanai) with private garage in a gated complex is beautifully furnished and equipped to make sure your North Naples stay is one you'll want to repeat.

In fact, because we have had such good repeat renters (some of whom who have since bought their own Tarpon Cove property) it is our policy to always offer our current seasonal renters the first chance to rent the following year. This year (2017) an unfortunate illness has prevented last year's renters from returning for January, But the renters for February and March have rented with us again.

There is extensive tile throughout the unit, and tasteful Robb & Stuckey décor, which takes this unit a step above the usual rental. It is situated west of Rt. 41 in North Naples, just minutes from the beach by car or bike, with an annual beach pass included.

We maintain this as an absolutely non-smoking unit (including

lanai), and no pets are allowed.

In the gated Tarpon Cove complex itself, there are three pools and a

jacuzzi, plus an informal clubhouse. Acess to Delnor Wiggins State

Park (beautiful beach) is about 3 minutes by car. We leave a family beach access pass, which can be used by tenants. The condo is well located west of 41 and convenient to shopping and excellent

dining. The unit is about 25 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport.

  • There are beautifully tranquil views of the lake and fountain throughout the unit, including the large master suite, the cathedral ceilinged living room, the airy and well-equipped kitchen, and the dining room. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is furnished as a den with a comfortable Ethan Allen queen-size foldout bed. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on having a condo that is equipped with all amenities any renter might reasonably want, including high speed wireless Internet access.
