Wonderful House and Location

  • 5 of 5

My family and I have previously stayed at Marla's house and always look forward to visiting. The property is very well equipped and maintained. We love the pool and hot tub which have recently been resurfaced. The area is very quiet and safe. The lush tropical gardens are just the perfect place to relax and unwind. Guests also have full access to the garage to park any vehicle should you wish to do so. Siesta Key beach is about five minutes drive and generally there is ample parking especially now that the public beach parking has been extended. I look forward to staying again sometime next year and highly recommend it. Thanks Marla.

Tropical oasis

  • 5 of 5

Everything you need! This home had it all from a pool right outside the door to extras you usually need to buy like paper products and detergent. Very quiet neighborhood 5 minutes to the beach or the village. Washer, dryer, beach and pool "equipment", comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

I only have one word to descibe it and i am going to spell it out for you (FANTASTIC)

  • 5 of 5

The owners were magnificent whenever you called them they get back to you immediately and address any problems that you may occur. The location was fantastic 5 minutes to Siesta key beach which is ranked # 1 in the USA we went to ST Armands circle which has casual and fine dining along with gifts and specialty shops. the house was very clean and big we had 4 adults and there was more than enough room bathrooms are huge and bedrooms one on each side for privacy nice swimming pool if you don't like the beach we did both. there is everything in the house that you would need for your vacation beach chairs and towels and whatever else you can think of is there except food and drinks. we had a sensational time there. I would recommend this house to everyone who wants to enjoy Sarasota. once again to the owners thank you for a fantastic time. and I will be back

Awesome vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for three weeks in this beautiful house. Great location between Siesta Key Beach and mainland. Also calm neighbourhood, clean house, fully equipped kitchen that had everything you need, including consumables that you otherwise had to buy. Pool was clean and maintained every thursday. Your own garage with a lot of beach gear for everyone in the family.

The oense was also quick to respond to my emails regarding things to do in the area.

Will definately rent again.

Heaven at the beach!

  • 5 of 5

Our overall experience was great! The pictures don't do this place justice! It was very cozy! They emailed us a few times to make sure everything was good. The only thing that was outdated were the tvs. My son couldn't play his xbox one on any of them but she informed me they were updating them all soon. We will definitely be staying again next year. Quiet neighborhood and nice it has a garage. Thanks for letting us stay!

Owner's Response: I'm happy that you loved the house and will be staying again next year. This was the first time that a guest needed a HDMI port. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We will make sure that this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your wonderful review!

Beautiful Home with a Private Pool in a Quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

This home is a gem. It's in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min from the village, with everything you need. 2 big bedrooms located at opposite ends of the house make it perfect for 2 couples. Each has it's own bath. There is plenty of room to spread out & have your own space. The best thing may be the pool & landscaping around it! We have never stayed anywhere that you can literally step out your back door and 3 feet later step into the pool. A hot tub is attached & half of the pool is covered/shaded for those days you've had enough sun. The attached 2 car garage was an added bonus. Along with the lanai off the dining room, the master bedroom has a screened in porch. Several sliding doors open completely to open to the outside. Marla was great to work with when we had questions and we absolutely hope to stay here again. Take the time to check it out. We are certainly glad we found it!!

The beautiful island of Siesta Key is an island paradise rich with shopping, dining and award

winning white sandy beaches. Siesta Beach was named 'Best Sand Beach in America' in 2004 by the

Travel Channel. Beach lovers know that Siesta Key's sand is clean, powder soft, free of shell

particles and cool to the feet. It is made up of 99% pure ancient quartz crystals. There are 20

miles of canals and waterways and the island is surrounded by bays, the inter-coastal and the Gulf

of Mexico. There are two bridges to the mainland and all of the attractions of the bustling

cultural, fun city of Sarasota is ten minutes away.

You can enjoy: Golf, Tennis, Biking, Swimming, Boating, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Fishing, Kayaking,

Canoeing, Sailing, Snorkeling, Windsurfing, Water Skiing, Beach Walks, Seashells, Nature Preserves

There is world renouned shopping at St. Armand's Circle and also many lovely boutiques on Siesta Key.

An island of culinary delights offering a variety of dining experiences including romantic candle-

lit dinners, ocean-side casual fare, and family style dining.

We enjoy taking a boat ride on the inter-coastal (there are boat rentals available) and docking at a

waterside restaurant for lunch or dinner. There are also sailing charters available for a sunset

We love the wildlife that is native to Siesta Key including exotic wild parrots! Along the beach

you will see gulls, terns, plovers, pelicans, egrets, heron, ibis, spoonbills, storks and cranes.

Offshore dolphins and manatees are often spotted frolicking in the gulf and bay waters.

Come and be dazzled by this enchanting Paradise!
