Affordable 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo located in Garden City at the Garden City Guesthouse in
the Myrtle Beach area of SC. Located on the third floor of the three story building, a short walk
to the beach! Only one parking space per unit. Parking permit must be displayed. Well kept building with elevator and laundry room.
Pool with separate jacuzzi. Also has an outside shower for washing away the sand!
The unit is equipped with basic housekeeping items such as pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee
maker, toaster, and microwave. Includes a full size refrigerator and a cook top stove with oven, allowing
guests to prepare meals in the unit. Separate living area is equipped with a Queen-size sleeper
sofa, dining table for four, television with cable and DVD player. The bedroom has a queen size
bed, television, DVD player and private balcony.
Must be 21, no pets allowed, and must provide own linens and towels.
When date has been requested, a contract will be e-mailed. Signed contract, security deposit and
half the weekly rent is required to secure your date.

This was our first stay in garden city and I will be staying again . Kathy and Patrick are wonderful. The condo is in walking distance to everything it's even right behind the garden city pier . Maintenance is always on the property if anything is needed ..By far this has been this best place I have ever stayed ! I highly recommend. I will be coming back ... Thanks Kathy and Patrick
My fiance' and I came down for memorial day weekend and needless to say, we were beyond pleased! PERFECT location, the condo was very clean and the owners are a delight to work with. We stay in Garden City every year an average of 3-4 times and this was by far our favorite place to stay so far! Highly reccomend.
Kathy and Patrick are a pleasure to work with. They were patient and kind, despite our unique last minute requests. The property maintenance man, Bob, is a gem. The unit is very well maintained and extremely clean. The owners take real pride in their rental. Close to grocery and convenient to seafood restaurants and shops. Beach access is a block away. Kitchen is galley style and can be somewhat tight, but extremely functional. Queen bed is very comfortable. Bedroom and living room are spacious. Good lighting throughout. Very quiet location this time of the year. The best value on the beach from our perspective. Would stay again without any hesitation. Thank you Kathy and Patrick for letting us enjoy your guest apartment for the week!
Great location and value
It was perfect for my wife and I. The unit was clean and well maintained. The location is just a short walk to the beach, the pier, and several resturants. The owners met us at the condo and had the unit cooling prior to our arrival. I would recommend the unit for a couple seeking convenience and value.
Clean and cozy.
We stayed 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. the condo was really cozy and very clean. Four of us stayed myself and my husband and my 13 year old son and his friend. The condo accommodated the four of us really well. We were close to all the stores and pier . We hope to go back very soon thank you Kathy ONeill for renting to us on such a short notice as well. We were only able to come for five days and arriving in the middle of the week through the weekend. We are so thankful to find this beautiful, cozy condo with in minutes of every thing we like to do. All the comforts of home and could still see the ocean out on the deck. We would definitely recommend this condo.
