Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island.. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at the Essex just a block from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on the desirable South End of Marco. This bright and

breezy,well maintained third floor condo sleeps 5 comfortably includes free Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, bath with shower,a large walk-in

closet, TV and radio/alarm clock. The second bedroom has two twin

beds, a full bath, and TV. The living room has a very

comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, TV,DVD, AM/FM stereo radio with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. A full-size

washer and dryer are located in the unit.

About the Owner

On a vacation to Marco Island we fell in love with the location and decided to purchase a small piece of paradise. We bought the unit in 2004 and decided to get married on Marco Island in 2005 @ what used to be the Radisson (now Marriott Crystal Shores), We had a beautiful beach wedding complete with sailboats and jet skis!

Perfect for our family of four

This condo met the needs of our family in so many ways...first, the unit is well situated on Marco Island. I counted the steps to the Ocean...500 steps from door to water! Next, the unit was clean and is as described on the website. The owners are responsive and provided excellent customer service. If we return to Marco, we will stay in this unit again and I plan to recommend it to others! --David, Holt, MI

Very clean & comfortable 2 bedroom condo

Recently stayed at 7029298 Essex condo on Marco Island. Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool close to condo -- 1 1/2 blocks to beautiful beaches. Covered parking area assigned to condo. Conveniently located to restaurants & shops. Screened in balcony lovely for morning coffee & evening cocktails.

Location

From the Owner

We are on the south end of the island, approximately 1 block walk to the beach. This end of the island is quiet and a great place to walk or ride bicycles. Caxambas Park is a short walk where you can fish or just sit and watch the pelicans and dolphins. We are also in walking distance to multiple restaurants and the movie theater.
