Welcome to our spacious contemporary beach house. We recently FINISHED RENOVATIONS on the downstairs, house is available starting mid June. This will be the third year that our house on Dolphin Annex is available for rent. Our big windows afford a charming view of the creek out back and lots of beautiful sea birds and deer. There are plenty of comfy chairs, sweet spots to read a book or nap. The kitchen is equipped to handle a hungry crowd if you want to serve up some of the local shrimp,

fish, or oysters. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs (1 king, 2 queens and

a kids' room with two sets of bunk beds, 4 twins). The

fifth bedroom is downstairs which has two queen beds.

The house is located on a secluded cul de sac, surrounded by live

oaks and palmettos. Our street is ideal for kids to ride bikes and

scooters. The beach access is on Marlin Drive across the golf

fairway, 2 minute walk through the back yard. The golfing is

exceptional with the Ocean Point and Davis Love designed Ocean Creek

courses. Electric golf cart is in the garage, perfect

for exploring the island at a leisurely pace. When you return from

the beach wash off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower, then sip a

cocktail (umbrella optional) on the large 2nd floor deck or first

floor patio. There are several bikes in the garage for a variety of ages 5 - ?, there are three kayaks/ and 2 stand up paddle boards in the garage for the more adventurous members of your party for touring some of the tidal rivers between Fripp and Hunting Island

Horrible!

House was nothing as advertised. It was disgustingly filthy, obviously not cleaned before we arrived or in a very long time! Hair in between sheets on bed, stained and broken furniture, rusty everything in baths, carpet so dirty I wouldn't let my kids walk on barefoot!! Felt the need to wash everything first before using anything in kitchen. Lower "bedroom" was a joke! Had sliders to "patio" that were covered in algae that didn't even open. This isn't even the half of it! I wish I could post pics! It was so bad, I cried! So bad I felt like I needed to shower just from being in the house but couldn't because the bathrooms were so gross!

There was nothing great or relaxing about this place! Sorry, I apologize the golf carts were fine and in working order.

Owner did refund some $$ but it wasn't enough. He's an absentee landlord! Spoke with neighbors who live there and said they haven't seen owners out there since they purchased the place. It's unkept and not worth your hard earned $$. We were duped don't let it happen to you!
