Needs major updating!
Condo adequate in size. Good location. Needs major updating. Couch sagging. Furniture was mixture of thrown together pieces. Even picture on wall old & faded! Carpeting needs to be replaced. Would not stay here again!
Rude owners do not want to be bothered.

The owners (husband & wife) called me & verbally attacked me!!
They do not want to be bothered (emailed or phoned) with any issues pertaining to their rental unit. They do not care how cleaners leave it and do not care if you are comfortable & satisfied! Even though we rented a full month!
Just give them your money and DO NOT BOTHER THEM!!!
ISSUES: Linens & bedding, cleanliness, ants, internet,
broken remote control, (not batteries) no mops & broom etc.,
Resort:: elevator broke about 4 days during the month.
Old condos not insulated well & noise over your head constantly.
Looks like Original 1970's carpet & drapes.
Positive: Good location, resort kept outside area clean, pool area nice & clean . We stayed last year with no problems.
I don't know where to begin, but I guess I should start by offering the guest an apology. It's not worth losing your cool as a owner, even when you know the guest is out of line and unreasonable. We received a message from the guest a week later after checking in, stating that the unit was not cleaned, remote not working, needed washcloths and ants in the unit.
First, I was concerned as to why the guest did not report these issues within the first coupe days of checking in. However, I offered to have the cleaner return to the unit to rectify her complaints.
Secondly, the guest was contacted immediately both via email and phone. I've always made myself available 24 hours to all my guests. In any event, after speaking with guest she demanded an exterminator due to sighting of 2-3 ants in the unit. I explained to the guest that the complex is responsible for scheduling of any exterminators, and that calling in a request for 2-3 ants was not reasonable.
In regards to noise, unfortunately; I do not have control of other guests activities in the building. In addition, this was never reported to me as an issue.
Good conditions, clean and excellent location very close to Disney parks by car.
Comfortable place, nice and secure. Easy access to the unit.

Great Price, Great Location. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment, the area is great, and the amenities are amazing, the wonderful new supermarket, bars, restaurants is step away. It’s just 10 minutes from Universal, Seaworld and Disney. Golf, pool, playground is on your doorstep. The apartment was clean and well equipped, included all the kitchen needs, hair dryer, iron board etc... It’s good for small family. We found everything as described; we cannot be more satisfied.
Having made many improvements to the rental unit since purchase, I am very delighted that my renters have enjoyed their stay. I will continue to do what ever necessary, and within my power, to make all my renters vacation experience one that will always bring back pleasant memories.
February vacation 2012
This was our first time doing a reservation through vacation rentals, and it was a great exp. Our family of 5 stayed there and all of us enjoyed it. We were close to Disney and Universal. We were able to eat breakfast and a later dinner there which worked great for us. All the amenities were there that were needed. The owner answered any questions that we had during our pre planning stages. We did arrive late (11:00pm) our first night, and did have a hard time finding what bldg our apt was, but after that the apt was better than expected (we never get that lucky). I would highly recommend this, great deal!! Enjoy!!

Right in front of the property, you can take the I-Ride trolley (stop 36) that travels on International Drive to the nearby attractions, world famous malls (Premium Outlet, Prime Outlet, Point Orlando, Festival Bay) supermarkets and wide variety of restaurants and shops.

Take the North Exit out of the Airport to the Beach Line Expressway (Hwy #528). Take the Bee Line WEST to Exit #1 and turn left at the end of the ramp exit. Head South on International Drive approx. 2 miles and the Hotel will be located on the right-hand side after passing SeaWorld of Florida (will see large roller coaster on right).
From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Area: (S, SE Coast)
Take the FL. Turnpike North to 254 EXIT and head west on the Beach line expressway (HWY 528) to Exit #1 and turn left at the end of the ramp exit. Head South on International Drive approx. 2 miles and the Hotel will be located on the right-hand side after passing SeaWorld of Florida (will see large roller coaster on right).
From Tampa/St. Pete Area: (W, SW Coast)
Take I-4 East to exit #71 (SeaWorld Exit) and head East on Central FL. Parkway. Approx. 1 mile down, turn right on International Drive. The Hotel will be located on your right-hand side about ½ mile down.
From Jacksonville/Daytona Beach Area: (E, NE Coast)
Take I-4 West to exit #72 and head East on the Beach Line Expressway (Hwy #528). Take the first exit off of the Bee Line (Exit #1) and turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
