WELCOME! The Entertainer's Delight speaks for itself. It is located at 112 46th Street, ground floor. The large 800 sq ft patio and open floor plan of 900 sq ft living space gives you plenty of room to enjoy your vacation with your family. This home has been in the Siragusa family since 1998 and it's our pride and joy. Come enjoy an extremely clean and family managed beach home.

We strive to make our guests feel welcome and well taken care of during their stay. Enjoy people watching and just relaxing in the sun on the front patio or Relax on the Beach that is only 50 feet away. The house is beach friendly with pergo flooring throughout with the house and comfortable carpet in the bedrooms. It's have 2 Bedroom/1 bath with the 2nd bedroom stocked with toys, games for the children.

No smoking / Max 6 persons (minimum 2 adults), No Pets

I am the proud Property Manager and OWNER of the Entertainer's Delight and the Sunset Deligh. My name is Brenda Siragusa and I have been managing vacation homes for over 10 yrs. I am the Broker and owner of Treasure Property Management and enjoy making a 'home' away from home for all my guests. I like to make sure they are happy, comfortable and safe. All my homes are impeccably clean and I greet every guest upon their arrival to walk them through the home as well as introduce them to the neighborhood. I enjoy seeing my guests smile as they walk through the door.

Everything we needed and more! It's Newport Beach!!

Since this is our third year in a row to stay at Entertainer's Delight, our family obviously is thrilled with it. It's perfect for our needs and so central to most Orange County amenities and sights. The bonus is that it's at the best beach in Southern California!

Brenda does a great job of being accessible, keeping the house functioning and clean. It's just a great property overall! We will definitely be back.

This property was amazing. It was roomy, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We have rented from Brenda Siragusa for 8 years and we love her properties. She is professional, kind, and her attention to detail is wonderful. Our family has been coming to Newport/Balboa for over 30 years and our best rentals have been through Brenda. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great vacation.

Clean, great location just steps from the sand!

We had a great stay at this beach house. It has everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs, toys and beach bikes. Brenda was friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay again!

comfortable house in fab location

location amazing - a hop, skip and jump from the beach and short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. House was very comfortable with lots of extras that help to make your holiday even better! We loved the beach bikes. Plenty of room for a family here and friendly residents make you feel a part of the community from day 1. Brenda was really helpful and on hand if you needed anything - there was also loads of info about surrounding area etc if you didn't know it. We loved our stay here and would definitely return - hopefully very soon!!

Amazing place. Will definitely be coming back

This place was amazing and so was the owner Brenda. We got everything that was listed and more. We recommend this one to any one who is looking for some where to stay in OC. My family rented it for the weeks that they where here for my graduation and it was amazing, my parents loved it and haven't stopped talking about it. The house had everything we needed and Brenda was very accommodating even after we changed our dates several times. It is certainly a place we will be going back to. Thank you for a great place for my parents to experience America for the first time.

Refundable damage deposit $500
Cleaning Fee $215 + Tax

Primary occupant to complete and submit rental application and copy of valid driver's license for approval.
Upon approval, Rental Agreement and Down Payment are required to hold the dates.
The $500 Damage Deposit is due 2 days prior to check-in via Credit Card and place on HOLD. The HOLD is released within 7 days after your departure minus any damages. The Pet Deposit is another $500 with an approved pet.
The remaining payment is due 30 days prior to arrival if less than 6 month away. If the arrival date is more than 6 months prior to arrival the remaining payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
$1000 Damage Deposit for stays longer than 14 nights and payment 60 days prior to arrival. Refundable with 21 days after checkout minus damages.
Accept VISA,MC,DINERS CLUB or DISCOVER. Other Payment methods include; Cashier Check, CHASE Quickpay and Echeck (ACH).

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
