There are two different homes available

2 bedroom residence(front house)shown in first 7 interior pics sleeps 6 adults plus baby or inflatable bed

Nice Contemporary/Modern furnished 2 bedroom one full bath. Living room with 50' LCD wall mounted with full Fios TV, LCD TV in one bedroom, Blue ray DVD player and small I Pod stereo. Sofa bed with queen size mattress and large additional sofa. Each bedroom with a plush and comfortable Simmons beauty rest and Serta (back support) pillow top mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots pans, etc. Opens to bar eating area with 4-5 chairs. TV trays. French doors open to side Trex Composite Decking(no foot splinters) with bar height table and 6 chairs, umbrella, Weber BBQ. See amenities for more info. This home is pictured in the first 8 photos.

This residence rates $150/night winter, $250/night spring begins March 1 to April 15. April 15 to May 15 $200/night Summer begins May 20 at $300/night or $2100/week. Ask for seasonal deals and availability.

This one is really nice too! One bedroom with one 3/4 bath(shower only). Living room with 42'LCD TV with blu-ray, Queen Sofa bed with optional extra padding so its actually comfortable! 32" TV in bedroom, leather reclining chair, Dining table with seating for up to 6 plus open bar counter area to kitchen with 2 bar chairs. Fully equipped kitchen(w/o dishwasher). Nice pillow top mattress in one bedroom and queen sofa bed(sleeps 4-plus baby bed or inflatable mattress available). Last five photos represent this home-we may change furniture now and then but the homes are attractive and very comfortable-see our great reviews from past guests

1 bedroom Residence pricing: Winter $97/night except holiday December 19 to Jan 2 is $200/night. Spring begins March 1 through April 15 at $200/night. Book Spring early for 10% off bookings in January. April 16 to May 20 is $160/night. Summer begins May 21 at $240/night or $1600/week.

Located in downtown Huntington Beach only 2 Short Blocks(3-5 minute

At the corner of our block are the amenities of a Convenience/Liquor store, Enchante Coffee house, New York style Pizza place, and renowned Chronic Taco's fast/casual Mexican Restaurant with pool tables/games!

We are located about half way between Main street/HB pier and Dog beach. We have a pet friendly residence($10/night pet fee so we must be informed prior to pricing for pet approval) There is a dog friendly park just 3 blocks away too!One pet at a time please- 2 small pets may be approved

Modern Furnishings. Air conditioning is usually not needed much but we have window units available if it gets really hot! The fresh sea breeze is the best for you!

Amazing location; great owner; comfortable house

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's home. The location was fantastic, allowing us to take our dog to the dog beach every day and stroll a couple of blocks every evening to watch the sunset over the ocean. The home is also convenient to downtown for shopping and dining. We did not eat out much, but can vouch for the pizza place, chronic tacos, the coffee at sit-n-stay cafe and the convenience store, all of which are literally a stone's throw from the house. Mike and his wife are extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails, etc. They live in the "back house", so asking for any type of assistance is a breeze.

The home itself was very clean and comfortable - I have zero complaints, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We plan to make an annual pilgrimage to the house each winter. Only issue we did have was with the wifi. I think the router is likely in the back house, resulting in little to no wifi service in the "front house". We ended up just using our own data, but not a huge deal.

Wonderful rental in a convenient location!

This is a really great beach rental! The location is perfect, just three blocks to the sand and six block to Main St. We loved the neighborhood feel of the area - friendly people, fairly quiet with eateries and a convenience store just steps away. The property is well maintained and clean. The beds were comfy and there is plenty of seating both inside and out. We were in the front unit and you should be aware that there is no table, just a bar. We worked during our stay and used the TV trays with patio chairs as our office, which worked just fine!

The patio area is lovely and there is seating for six at the nice table. Mike, is a responsive and friendly owner. He lives in the back unit but is not obtrusive at all. There are laundry facilities in the garage, along with extra linens and supplies. We really enjoyed the beach cruiser bikes and rode to the bike path along the beach most days. There are also beach chairs, beach towels, boggie boards and other beach toys available. This house is very well equipped. There were plenty of pots and pans and plates.

We stayed two weeks and Mike even offered to have the house cleaned during our stay! He's a great host. We would definitely recommend this property and we hope to stay again next year.

Awesome location

Our vacation was a week long and just got back and now we are looking into renting again. Great location close to store, pizza place and taco place. Short distance to beach and Main Street. Wonderful week at a nice location. Strongly recommend it.

Great unit! Great owner!

This unit is a perfect beach getaway!! Within walking distance to Main Street and to the dog beach! A very quiet area and a store, café, and food within steps of the unit.

The owner responded to any concerns very quickly and made us feel as if we were his first priority! Thanks, Mike for a great vacation!

Great house in a great location!

This place was absolutely awesome and in a perfect location! Everything we could have needed was within walking distance and the house was perfectly appointed. It was more than enough room for our family of four and our dog. The coffee house, taco stand, pizza place, and mini market were so convenient! The beach supplies that Mike provided really came in handy with the kiddos too because there's no way we could have brought all that stuff in our car on our road trip. The dog beach was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it, so our pooch could enjoy the beach with us. Before we even left, my whole family was planning our trip for next year. Mike was really great to work with and he even helped us out to stay an extra day with very little notice. We can't wait to stay here again next year! The whole family highly recommends this house. Thanks again Mike!

Wonderful & relaxing getaway

We decided to do something a little different and to rent instead of staying at a hotel as we have done for the past 6 years. Mike's rental provided us with a perfect location that was walking distance to everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved the neighborhood; the coffee shop down the street where we went and paid a visit each morning and great tacos across the street. The unit was clean, well appointed and accommodated our family of 6 well. The best part, I would have to say is how accessible and responsive Mike was to our inquiries both before and during our stay. He truly made our stay in Huntington Beach a wonderful vacation. We will be sure to reserve a unit far in advance next time! Thanks for everything!! Can't wait for our next visit. :)

These and my other home nearby are prime and centrally located in downtown near the beach. The park, Chronic tacos Mexican food, Pizza place, Sit and Stay Coffee shop and Surf City Convenience/Liquor store is just steps away. The homes are fully equipped and very comfortable. we include many items needs for the beach. Check my other listing #7078216 to be closer to Main street and the Pier.
