built dining room table that seats 12 comfortably. This home is comfortable yet tastefully decorated with all new appliances, furniture and bedding....you won't want to leave!!! Wireless internet so you can keep in touch with home and office.

Great house, perfect location!
About the Owner
We are a family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 10). The house is well equipped with basketball net, 8 bikes, 5 boogie boards, beach chairs and a wagon, toys, DVDs, books, etc. The back yard is great for badminton or soccer. Wild raspberry bushes in the back are at their peak in July. We love to entertain on the back deck that comfortably seats 12 while the kids bike, roller blade or skateboard up and down the driveway and on out dead end street. We are the last house on the street, so there is never any traffic and very quiet. After dinner, we love to get an ice cream and check out the fireworks or walk around Paradise Park (a nearby camp ground situated around a large man-made pond). It is the ideal way to spend a week.

Great house, perfect location!
This is our second time staying at this property and we love it. The location to the beach (1/4 mile) is perfect, easy enough to park your car and not need it again for the rest of the trip. The dead end street is great for riding bikes and playing. The long drive is also great for playing. The garage is filled with toys, bikes and beach stuff. Inside is just as wonderful. There is tons of space, comfortable sitting areas, a huge table so everyone can eat together. They really thought of everything. We love this place, and hope to come back again!
Fantastic Value in OOB
This was a great house and had all the amenities my family needed. We were a party of 12 and it was not at all crowded. The kids loved the bikes, basketball hoop and huge back yard. We loved the proximity to the beach (5 min walk), outdoor shower, huge dining room and back deck table. The house had a lot of extras, a well stocked kitchen, high chairs, bikes, boogie boards, beach wagons to tote your stuff, great location. Quite neighborhood at night, but near lots of stuff like Raging Tide baseball, and it is right up from the pier, amusement/arcade, water parks, etc. Clean and owners are easy to deal with. The owners have thought of everything. This was our 2nd time and we’ll be back.
Everything we hoped for and more!
All I can say is this house was everything and more. HUGE house with great open floor plan. Comfortable beds and great tables both in and out for our party of 12 so we didn’t have to eat in shifts. Lots of elbow room. Location was the best about 8 min walk to the beach (right at the pier). Large kitchen, great amenities (washer/dryer, wi-fi, great mattresses, etc). Very kid friendly, tons of bikes, boogie boards, huge back yard, long driveway for biking, etc. Super close to everything (walk to the beach and 10 min drive to all attractions like Monkey Trunks, water parks, bowling, movies, Hannafords, mini golf/batting cage). Surprised at how much stuff there is to do in OOB! The owners have thought of everything so don’t over pack. Kitchen well stocked and owners very nice to deal with. Clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to come back.

“This is one of the few houses that sleeps 12 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and beds for everyone, no pull out sofa beds or futons. The living room is 30’ long with lots of room to spread out. The dining room and back deck both have a comfortable table that seats 12 easily. A front porch that runs the width of the house is perfect to read and relax. WiFi, washing machine/dryer and fully equipped kitchen make this house super comfortable. It is bright and airy with a great breeze. We love our beach house and keep it well maintained.”

50% ($1,450) is due at the time the contract is signed. The remaining balance ($1,450) and $500 security deposit and 8% Maine state tax ($232) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
