Immaculate family owned townhouse with approx.
2100 sq ft of living space. 4 levels including a finished basement
with laundry facilities.
1st Level - Open floor plan with kitchen, living room, dining room
and bathroom. Sliding glass doors out to deck with a
grill and a lovely wooded yard with frequent visits from
natures creatures, including red fox, black bear and
deer (see picture from 3/21/07). The Kitchen has granite
2nd Level- Two bedrooms with Queen size beds. Television
available in each room. 2nd bathroom.
3rd Level- Loft with 4 twin beds with a skylight. Perfect for the
kids! Television and VCR up there too!
Basement - Newly Remodeled: large T.V, couch that opens to a
Queen size bed + a twin bed, Vermont Castings gas stove, very cozy!
Foosball table, Washer and Dryer
We are a family of 4 who enjoy the beautiful white mountains. Its so nice to get away and relax in the peacefulness of the outdoors. In the Winter we enjoy skiing and snow shoeing and in the Summer we enjoy the hiking, the spectacular views and beautiful waterfalls in the area.

We chose this property because it is so centrally located. 2 Miles from N. Conway and Cranmore. 5 Miles from Jackson, 3 miles from Attitash and Storyland. And way to many restaurants to mention them all!
My family and I stayed at The Rasmussen's home from August 6th to August 11th. Sue responded immediately to my request of her property. She was very friendly and very nice to deal with.
The location is great, right off of Rte 16, a very short trip to North Conway Center as well as Storyland.
The house is beautifully decorated with an open concept kitchen, dining room, living room.
The kids had a blast catching (and then releasing) little toads in the backyard. They also had fun at the communal pool and playground which was a 2 minute walk down the road. It is a lovely, peaceful area that we will surely be back again.
