Light and airy 2nd floor unit ( 1st floor available upon request) has central air, double sliders to covered deck, cathedral ceiling great room, spacious new kitchen, master bedroom with connecting bathroom, hall bath, 4 single beds, 1 double, 1 queen. Trek deck has wicker furniture for breakfasts, coffee etc. to enjoy those summer nights. Living room has sofa, loveseat and chair, coffee table and end tables and

entertainment center. Dining room table has seating for 6, plus a

breakfast bar area. Private showers are at the rear of the house, and off street parking for 3 cars is on site.

A great week at the beach!

The property is located in a great section of Sea Isle City. Good beaches on 76th/77th sts. The condo is very spacious, beds comfortable, good water pressure and each room is fastened with its own window units. The outside shower is a nice touch as well. My favorite part of the place was the large, well furnished deck. We were able to eat dinner and play games on the large picnic table, or watch the sunset from one of the soft cushioned loveseats. Maureen was friendly and easy to get in contact with. I will be booking a week there again next year.

Location

Activity and Interests

Located in the desirable Townsend's Inlet section of Sea Isle, this

lovely home has been totally rehabbed. It is sparkling clean and bright, and provides lots of room to kick back and relax, or just enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck. It is 2 blocks to the beach, and 2 blocks to the bay (for watching those beautiful summer sunsets)! Fishing is allowed from the 78th

street beach, or you can head up to the inlet at 90th street and

cast your line. Lifeguard stand is at 77th and boogie boards are

permitted at 76th st. It is a quick drive to Avalon from the south

end of the island, just over the bridge, and a 30 minute drive to

scenic Cape May.

Property is to be left clean and ready for rental, or security deposit will be used for cleaning company.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
