Enjoy your vacation at a beautiful, comfortable townhouse style condo! Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio facing Camelback Mountain! And then just a few steps to take a dip in the pool! Utilities are furnished when renting at winter rates. That includes cable, phone, internet, wifi, electricity, and water. Laundry facilities are on the premises. The common area is beautifully maintained and the patio is facing the gorgeous courtyard with pool and Camelback Mountain views. There are 2 gas barbeques with umbrella covered tables, chairs for dining outside near barbeque and heated pool. You will absolutely LOVE this location. The condo is so bright, cheery, and comfortable! The private patio has a patio table, 4 chairs. It is wonderful to have morning coffee, enjoy the birds chirping and watching the gamble quail with the babies trailing the mother! The living room has a sectional with a king size sleeper within. upholstered club style comfortable chair, entertainment center with 32" flat screen LED TV, DVD, VCR. Upstairs Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, clothes closet, 2 night stands, dresser, and TV. The 2nd bedroom has chest, white wicker desk, dresser, lingerie chest, large closet, a trundle bed with 2 pull-out twin size bed when arranged together, makes a standard king size bed. The Master bathroom is located upstairs with combination shower/ tub, toilet, and wash basin. The 1/2 bath is located downstairs with toilet and wash basin, also a storage cabinet. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink microwave, all cookware, dishes, silverware, linens, place mats, blender, 12 cup coffee maker. The condo is decorated in tasteful Southwest decor. Dining room area has a convenient small desk with storage drawers. The dining table is a contemporary style with 4 matching chairs. (would comfortably seat 6). There is one assigned parking place and visitor parking is located on the north side on the complex. The beautiful renowned Scottsdale Fashion Square is right across the street. Historic Old Town and The Waterfront District with a variety of art, restaurants, banks, fitness center, library, and grocery stores are within a few minutes from the condo. As well as being beautiful and convenient to every amenity, this community is quiet and safe. Hope you will enjoy!!

About Mardelle Marks

I was born and lived in Iowa during my childhood and school years. I have traveled and lived in numerous states after I married. My husband was in the military and after he left the Air Force, we again transferred to different areas because of his career. We are the parents of 4 children who are now adults. The Southwest area is where we chose to end our traveling. Before moving here to southern California, we lived in Tucson several years where my husband was a software engineer on contract at the University of Arizona. He passed several years ago and I have since remarried.

I decided to purchase a place in Scottsdale in 2005. I dearly love Arizona and thought it would be a nice getaway. Then, since I don't get over there that often, I decided to let others enjoy my condo and Arizona!

I fell in love with this community because it has that clean, beautifully maintained grounds. I was standing on the patio looking at Camelback Mountain thinking this is Mine! Then the inside was just as wonderful, tastefully decorated in the Southwest decor that is truly Arizona !
