About Greg Congleton

Jean & I live in Bend, Oregon (since 1978). We met at Oregon State University in 1970, married in 1972. Jean is retired from AFLAC insurance and Real Estate broker. Greg was a home builder for 30 years until 2004 when a new sculpting career took center stage (bronze and steel). He is still an active artist. They have owned and managed rental properties since 1975.

We chose this property for it's luxury qualities and proximity to Hwy 101, 51, and the whole Scottsdale area. This is our personal residence when we are in Arizona that we want to share with wonderful folks from all over the country and abroad. It is an excellent contrast to our lovely location in Central Oregon which we also love!

What makes this condo unique

We bought this condo while it was in the framing stage and have customized all the finishes to our liking. Being this close to Desert Ridge Market Place and High Street is very attractive. It is so easy to get to anything you want.

Our 3rd time staying at this condo & absolutely love everything about it. Great Location, very clean & close to the heated pool. We stayed close to home/condo this year going to the pool area a lot(record hi temps, ate at our favorite places & read several books. My favorite this year is "Orphan Train". Can we keep this awesome condo a secret??

Just returned from an incredible holiday in Phoenix and a relaxing stay in your beautiful Desert Ridge condo! First time in Arizona and we are hooked now. The condo was very comfortable and clean, well equipped and in a super location for highway access. We found it very easy to get around Phoenix and to hop on the Loop to go golfing, shopping or dining out from this location. We enjoyed watching the large screen HDTV from the luxurious leather furniture in the living room at night. The King size bed in the Master was super for sleeping.

The condo complex was very well maintained, quiet and had a lovely pool with a BBQ station nearby. What more could you ask for in a condo rental??

Golfing was terrific! We played 3 times while in Sedona and 4 times in the Phoenix area. Seven Canyons in Sedona was absolutely beautiful. A must play. Thanks for sharing...but can we keep it our secret? (: We will be back!!

Better than a 5 star hotel!

We usually stay in the best hotels throughout the world. This was our first condo experience. This condo is better than any 5 star hotel! The decor is absolutely beautiful. The condo is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great but you will need a car to visit Scottsdale or Phoenix. You will not regret renting this luxurious condo.
