Enjoy spectacular fall views near Duxbury/Plymouth

Bedrooms 4
Property type house
Minimum Stay 7 nights

About the property

House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 10 Sleep

This is a great summer and fall rental home right in the heart of the south shore. Just minutes from downtown Plymouth and 35 miles from Boston. The Cape Cod Canal is twenty minutes to the south. Stay directly on the water and bring your boat. There is a ramp and dockage walking distance from the home. The home has two floors with two kitchens. Perfect for multiple families going on vacation. A large deck was just built on the second floor that is great for entertaining and the views are spectacular. Speaking of the views, watch boats go by on the Jones River, which is named after the Captain of the Mayflower, and enjoy the view of the state forest, water and green marsh grass. The Bay Farm preserve is walking distance from the home. There are walking trails through the woods and you

can enjoy the amazing water views of Plymouth Bay from there. This is a great picnic spot. Duxbury Beach is minutes and the Plymouth Waterfront are minutes away. There is a farm stand at the end of the road that has fresh vegetables. Large gas grill for outdoor cooking.

About William Gould

I own a real estate brokerage in Jupiter Florida, but I grew up in Duxbury a 1/4 mile away. When I am in Jupiter working, I offer the home for rent on a weekly and monthly basis. You can be assured the rental process will be handled by an experienced brokerage that deals with seasonal rentals year round. We have had the same cleaning crew for years, and they are available for cleaning during your stay. We do not rent on a weekend basis or for less then one week. We will not respond to those inquiries. We are selective on who we rent to because we are respectful of our neighbors.

William Gould purchased this house in 2004

Why William Gould chose Kingston

The location of the home is why I chose to purchase it. The view is spectacular year round. The location to Cape Cod and Boston is perfect.

What makes this house unique

We have two kitchens. We have two porches and a patio and second floor deck. There is a ton of space to spread out with family or friends.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Dear Mr. Gould,

It was an absolute pleasure renting your home again for two weeks. The weather and the home were exceptional. We would like to rent it next October to see the foliage. I will be in touch about it soon.

Enjoyed every minute!

We had a wonderful time. The property is well maintained and had many great evenings relaxing on the patio with our guests by the river. We brought our boat which made our experience even better. Watching the sunrise over the river from the comfort of the porch was a plus too! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return.
