Excellent property and Host.
We enjoyed out stay . The property is well represented. The location is excellent and the hosts exceptional. Thanks Jim for a wonderful stay.
Deb, you and Ron were the perfect quests and thank you for leaving everything spotless. It seems lonely with you gone so I will keep the torches going in hopes you will return. I am sending a surprise in the mail and hope it fits. Thanks for letting me host your vacation.
This casita is beautiful and has an authentic southwestern decor including fireplace. We were so comfortable, it was difficult to leave. Jim, the owner made sure we had everything we needed and we did. We were able to grill on a deck eating out with family that overlooked the valley and mountains. We watched the sun go down and the lights come on that evening and each night (and the sunrise, too). We had a car and lots of restaurants, stores and activities were close by. One of the best places we have stayed in comparison to the high end resorts in the area. It was a fun and relaxing ten day stay. I would definitely return.
To The Raymonds,
You were the perfect guests and I am very thankful you chose to spend you valuable vacation time at my casita. Be well, take care and I hope our paths cross again. Thank you.
Beautiful view. Very quiet. Very helpful host.
Would recommend it to others.
Thank you Jim for letting us cancel our reservations. We could not be that far from Ky with my wife’s mother in current condition. We hope to make it there next year. Thanks again Jim.
I realize things do happen to de-rail plans and I am flexible and also known as Mr Agreeable. I hope you look me up in the internet and contact me if you want to book a stay with me and VacationRentals. Take care and hope everyone is well

Fantastic property. Casita was very cozy and comfortable. Location was excellent, just minutes from restaurants and all that Scottsdale has to offer. Jim was very nice, snacks waiting in the kitchen, beer in the frig and he brought 2 sets of bikes for us to use to ride around the neighborhood. Couldn't have been better!
An active good looking couple who spoiled me with being the "Perfect guests."
Located in a beautiful area for walking, jogging, biking. Golf,
resorts, shopping, churches, restaurants close by.
