If you love the outdoors, this place is where you want to be.
Several lakes within 10 miles of our place. Pike Lake, Round Lake to name just 2. ATV and snowmobile trails are very close to us. Hiking and snow shoe trails are also close to us in the national forest.
Spent a wonderful 4 nights at the cabin. Amazing place and very well appointed! Did not want to leave! We could not have asked for anything else to be furnished. Loved the Northwoods theme and enjoyed a nice fire in the evening. Fairly close to snowmobile trails which were nice and smooth for the most part. Would definitely come back again to this gem! Wondering if all the mounts were the owners???
Disconnected from city life, unplugged and peaceful. This home was so much more than we expected. Spacious and everything we needed was available.
We had a great time in this charming cabin in the woods. It had everything we needed.
We spent three nights and enjoyed every minute. The home is gorgeous, spacious and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. Patti was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had.
We had a cozy wood fire going each night and listened to music on Direct TV. It was a nice change being away from our "screens". Two of the nights we went outside to see the stars which were magnificent.
The home is surrounded by wilderness with no neighbors in sight. We drove the forest roads checking out the area. All were well plowed.
Places to snow shoe were easy to find. We went to three different spots and enjoyed them all.
If you are looking for a romantic getaway in the wilderness, it would be hard to beat this home.
The cabin was excellent and on a beautiful property. Fall colors in full bloom.
We stayed here to be close to a resort where a family wedding was taking place but wanted to have a place for all of our adult children and grand child to be under one roof with us for the long weekend. This was one of the most comfortable homes we have vacationed in. It had everything we needed. The area was beautiful for exploring. We had the most wonderful time and were thankful for A/C since it was unseasonably hot for September.
ATV and snowmobile trails just down the road. Surrounded by great fishing lakes for "Class A"
musky, northern, pan fish, bass and walleye. Also a trout stream nearby. There is recreation for
every season, from kayaking to biking and hiking, to golf, hunting and fishing, swimming and skiing;
it's all right here. Keep your eyes open for loons on the lake, eagles soaring, and many
other "natural" guests of the forest.
