Hunk o' Heaven, your beach destination, is an inviting ground floor condo located in Horizon South, the most popular resort in Panama City Beach. A 5 minute stroll takes you to our beach access and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features tropical coastal furnishings in every room.

Sunsets are particularly beautiful at this choice location and the large patio is a favorite spot to relax as the day winds down. This 22 acre family friendly resort has many recreational amenities such as a lighted tennis court, hot tub, and mini golf for everyone to enjoy. Casual

restaurants, grocery stores, and ballfields are a short distance away. We are also a 5 minute drive from fabulous Pier Park, a unique shopping and entertainment destination.

Kitchen - everything needed for family dinners.

Dining area - pleasantly situated to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Living room - sleeper sofa, linens for additional guests.

Downstairs bedroom - 1 king bed, dresser, chest, full bath.

Upstairs bedroom - 2 queen beds, chest, full bath, walk-in closet

Private fenced patio - table, benches for outdoor dining.

Ck-out before 10 a.m. Ck-in 3 p.m.

We also have a 1B/1B condo with sleeper sofa, bunkbeds, sleeps 2-6.

Also available is a 2B/2B condo that sleeps 2-6. Both are non- smoking.

As your condo owners, we will:

Respond to your inquiries in a timely manner.

Provide an accurate description of our property.

Keep the reservation process brief and simple.

Gladly accept last minute reservations.

Send rental info, maps, etc. well in advance of your arrival.

Our Simple Reservation Process Reserve your dates by phone or email. The rental manager sends guest a lease and pre-arrival information. The guest prints and signs the lease then returns to owner with payment. Door code is sent to guest one week prior to arrival. Damage deposit is returned to guest within two weeks after departure.

Nice and cozy with minor details

The property was nice and it had all of the beds we needed. The loft beds do dip in the middle a bit. It had a bunch of pots and pans, plates, glasses and silverware so thats a plus. There were plenty of towels, but some of the towels were not really white so if you are picky about that I reccomend you take tour own. The pools on the property are not bleach pools they are salt pools so we really liked that. To unlock the door it does require some patience, you have to punch in the numbers firmly and slowly because if you punch them in fast it will take you about 3 or 4 tries to open it, by the fourth time we opened the door we figured out the trick to it. Overall our stay was good, the house stayed cool when it was 102 outside.

Amazing!

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice! The beds were comfortable and the unit was extremely clean! Our family had a great time! I could not believe the shower pressure was as good as it was for being at the beach! We were in a great location and not too far of a walk to the beach! The owners were wonderful throughout the entire process and we were even able to get in earlier in the day since we arrived first thing in the morning! We will be visiting this condo again in the future!

Home away from Home

The condo was everything we saw in the pictures, and more. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and everything was beautifully decorated and very homey. Being in the back of the complex is wonderful, it is very quiet and it is a short walk to the beach. The patio was perfect for evening card games. The showers were very good, the water pressure was great to get all the sand off after a day at the beach. The staff here was very polite and welcoming. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. We recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough back for peace, quiet and tranquility. We will be making this our yearly vacation home from now on.

Fantastic all around!!

We booked this property for our family vacation this year and was very pleased. My spouse, my kids and I all had plenty of room to sleep and plenty of dressers for all our clothes, which is difficult since we are a family of 8. The pictures of the inside of this condo did not do it justice and we were amazed at how beautiful it actually was when we arrived. The owners also were very helpful throughout the whole process. They were very patient with my numerous calls and emails asking tons of questions throughout booking, payments, arrival and departure from this lovely property. The beach is literally a 10 minute walk or less depending on how much you are carting with you. We also enjoyed the numerous pools on the property and the hot tub was a blessing. This is definitely a place we will book again!!

Very lovely time

This is was my second time staying at this property and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself each stay. It is just across the street from public access and just deep enough in the complex that you can avoid the noise of the late night riders on the strip. Friendly and accessible rental managers. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.
