This condo is comfortable and very clean. It is fully
furnished and has fully equipped new renovated kitchen with ice maker. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and double and a pull out twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Queen air
mattress is available for extra guests. There is TV in both family
room and master bedroom. Cable, free WiFi Internet, DVD player are provided. Sleeps 6 total if air mattress is used.

We live in Tampa FL. I am a Software Engineer working for Veterans Affairs and my husband Tim is a retired AF currently working for NASA. We have two beautiful daughters whom we proud of. Tiffany is married working for Homeland Security and Nicole is studying to be a Physical Therapist.

Why Belgin & Tim Wolard chose Florida Central Gulf Coast
We loved this property because of the location and the ample parking spaces. We were looking for a condo looking at the intercostal side but yet have very close proximity to the beach. Also we did not want the building to run like a hotel, rather have the feeling of vacation home. Since the majority of the owners live in the building year around, they make sure that the HOA does their job to keep the building well kept. We renovated the condo completely in 2012. Our renters always fall in love with the condo and its cleanliness and 90% of them are returning renters.
Our expectation from our renters is to take care of the condo as it was their own while they stay so that we all can enjoy it years to come.

This condo was a real delight! The property is very clean, with easy access, across the street from the beach, with nearby dining and shoping. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The condo itself was perfect, spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a nice covered balcony with a lovely bay view. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with all the conveniences of home, this is the place for you! Really a delightful place :)
Exactly what we were hoping it would be!
This property was perfect for our family. Decorated beautifully! The condo was extreamly clean. Belgin was very easy to work with and very kind. We had our 3 children with us and they also enjoyed their stay. We would stay here again, no questions asked! Having a nice, comfortable, clean place to stay when away from home is extreamly important to my family. This condo and complex is exactly that.
The condo was as advertised. My two grown daughters and a grandson and I spent a lovely several days enjoying the view of the mangroves and the intracoastal water from the balcony, the easy walk to the beach, and the grassy area near the intracoastal. The condo is very well equipped, clean, attractive, and the rules are positive rather than confining. Altough there are attractions nearby, we were enjoying relaxing and visiting restaurants we had frequented when the family was young. I can't imagine any category of visitors for whom the property would be inappropriate, unless it is for tourists without a car, people who travel with pets, or adventure seekers.
Very Nice Condo
Great condo. Convenient to everything, especially beach. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed; well furnished kitchen. An ice maker would make it perfect. Covered parking was a definite plus!
Very clean and well-maintained condo. 3rd floor location so you can use the elevator or the stairs. Close to the beach. Pool and hot tub are heated and kept clean. Would not hesitate to recommend this unit.Covered parking. Good wiew
