About Sherri Young

We co-own this beautiful home which was custom built by my father. My parents live next door and are wonderful onsite property managers. This gorgeous home is well kept and super clean. Stan and Karen have been coming down to Arizona City for 17 years and can share suggestions of fun things to do in Arizona.

Why Sherri Young chose Arizona City

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and warm winter get away without paying high end prices this would be a great property for you to consider. Pride of ownership throughout, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, quality bedding and towels, dishes, pots and pans..etc.

What makes this house unique

You will immediately feel comfortable in this home. I have stayed in vacation rentals that feel like they were decorated from a garage sale, this home is NOT that way. We are confident you will be very satisfied with renting this home, in fact we have several repeat renters who come back every year or multiple times over the years.

A big favorite is the grapefruit and orange trees in the backyard, delicious!

The haven we needed for this week. We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

The home was so clean and neat! We loved the design and furnishings. It was truly the relaxing haven we needed for our vacation.

If we ever return to this area, this is the home we will try to rent. It will be like coming home!

There were enough supplies to help us with what we needed. The laundry and dish soap were sufficient, so we didn't have to buy a whole bottle of each. That's so helpful.

The bed we used was very comfortable. The linens are in great condition.

We have no complaints, only praises for this house.

Stan and Karen are great - so friendly and welcoming.

We hope to return!

Quiet retreat

  • 4 of 5

Very hospitable and well kept. My family enjoyed the quiet retreat over a Soccer tournament vacation. It’s a little off the beaten path, but nice. It would have been perfect if there were a 2nd TV and ESPN so my husband could of watched the masters.

Spent Winter in the Sun!

  • 5 of 5

Stan and Karen made our favorite part of our winter vacation. They welcomed us, gave us helpful hints and played a mean game of cards.

House is so well maintained...could not wish for more.

We will be back next year.

Thanks again for your friendship.

Lovely house

  • 5 of 5

Our group of three rented this house for a four day education trip. The house is neat, clean, cozy, well-maintained and affordable. The manangers are friendly, responsive and kind. We had a minor accident with one of our cars and the garage door, and the managers were calm and understanding. We were able to work out a mutually satisfying remedy/repair for which I took responsibility of payment as it was my "oops". RP, Arizona

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here in March 2015, and based on last year it was an easy decision to come back in March 2016. As with last year, Karen and Stan were very thoughtful and hospitable. The house is extremely well stocked, and one only needs to provide the food. Hopefully there will be some oranges on the orange tree when we return in December. March is the perfect time to feast on grapefruit from the tree in the back. We have over the years stayed in other locations, and although we have been fortunate to find some very nice holiday rentals, this is without a doubt the best. We have no reason to look elsewhere, as it doesn't get any better than this gem, and we hope to continue coming back in future.
