We all really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable and slept great! Home had everything we needed and even had things we forgot. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Perfect visit to Grants Pass

  • 5 of 5

Everything was perfect: So cute at first sight, welcoming front entrance, everyone had their own pleasantly decorated room. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked even basic spices for cooking. Plenty of wonderful bath towels & linens on comfortable beds.

This was our yearly "girls trip" we always stay in a VRBO rental, I was doing the dishes one evening while the others were chatting at the table, they all agreed that this was the best place we have stayed. It was cute well put together, and a great location to begin our day trips!

Loved this charming house!

  • 5 of 5

I loved this charming home! Great location and plenty of quiet space from neighbors! This home has everything you could need to kitchen supplies, towels, pillows etc. in this quaint beautiful older home. Very clean and freshly painted. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled and were perfect for our two families. The one shower was fine with us and the air conditioners worked perfectly fine in our 100 degree weather. The owner was always available through phone or email to answer questions and checked in to see how we are doing. The four bedrooms had comfortable beds and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful home nice views

  • 4 of 5

The home was beautiful and well organized. Lovely porch and many squirrels to watch out in the lAwn in the morning. Not to far from town and little country market. Could not find any outside lights so was a little hard making way to door in dark, no A/c downstairs and it was very hot in grants pass however we managed. Stairs are steep going up to king size bedroom and room with two twins but are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Downstairs bathroom has the shower and window above shower could use a little curtain for feeling of privacy but overall it is a

Lovely home that I could image being at in the winter by the fire.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the suggestions! We are always interested in guest comments so that we can improve the comfort of the house. Because of the recent heat wave, there is now an air conditioner downstairs, which works well in hot weather. I apologize about the confusion with the outdoor lights. There is a light switch in the laundry room for the outdoor light, but because it was hard to find, I have written a note in the instruction binder about how to turn on the outdoor lights.

Lovely home but WHAT AC?

  • 2 of 5

This house is lovely but the air conditioning information needs to be honestly represented in that 1 (ONE) upstairs bedroom has a window AC unit. We are here on an unusually extremely hot weekend. Also, The house was locked but many windows were not which makes me concerned about leaving valuables here.

Owner's Response: We apologize for the inadequacy of the air conditioner. Under normal weather conditions, it works well, but because of the recent heat wave (107 degrees), we have now installed an additional air conditioning unit.

Perfect vacation home in every way!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this home in early June, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We had 8 people in our group, 4 adults & 4 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was adorable- quaint, yet beautifully remodeled and very well decorated. It provided everything we could possibly need and even more! The home was very clean and we all slept very well in the comfortable beds. Our children were in heaven with the tire swing and other tree swing and they spent hours on end each day playing in the huge yard. There's even a playhouse! We loved the beautiful view as we enjoyed the porch swing and rocking chairs and we even saw numerous deer, squirrels and birds on the lovely grounds during our stay. The kitchen was perfect and we loved preparing our meals as we looked out the huge picture window at the yard and wildlife. I can't say enough about this gem and highly recommend it! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever visiting the area in the future.

Location

From the Owner

We bought the property because of the gorgeous view, the peaceful tree-covered property and the charming Craftsman home. It has been lovingly restored over the years and we enjoy welcoming guests from all over to this very special place.
