As you can see in our photos, this is a wonderful place to relax and
enjoy the incredible views of the Rubicon Canal, the private boat
docks and heated pool from our spacious screened in lanai. Our unit
is significantly more spacious at 1700 square feet compared to most
of the available rentals typically listing at 1200 to 1500 square
All furnishings are top shelf and are brand new for your pleasure.
Entrance Foyer, Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area have tile
floors. The Bedrooms are carpeted and include a Master Suite with a
King bed with 26 inch HDTV and a Guest Room with a Queen bed. In addition, the Sitting Room, which includes a Lazy-Boy sofa bed, is also
Living Room entertainment center includes a wide screen HDTV
with cable, DVD Player, CD Player and Home Theater Stereo System with
five speakers. Adjoining Kitchen has a large counter with three
comfortable high back bar stools for casual eating or you can opt for
more formal dining at the circular glass table in the Dining Area
overlooking the waterway.
To keep our vacation condo enjoyable for all, we do not permit smoking inside the premises. Smokers may smoke outside on the lanai while they enjoy the great view.
Peaceful, Relaxing FL Stay
Rosemary and I have spent considerable time to make our vacation condo a place to get away from our daily routines and just relax and have fun. We have been the proud owner's of our condo for four years now and since we have had all of our previous guests return again and again we have to think we are doing something right!
We too always look forward to our stays there and plan to do so soon.

Peaceful, Relaxing FL Stay
Went to FL the week before Christmas to relax and celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful condo with everything you need to feel at home. The lanai was our favorite place! Coffee on the screened in second floor while we watched the boats move down the canal and fish jump in the water. The pool was very clean and we had it entirely to ourselves. Location is easy to navigate to beach, shopping and restaurants. Since you are midway between Ft Myers proper and Sanibel and Pine Island, we saw it all taking day trips in each direction as well as just staying "at home". Highly recommend this property for couples and or families. Plenty of room and two full bathrooms. Immaculate!
Excellent Condo and Location
We really enjoyed our stay the month of January 2011 at this excellent condo. It is very nicely furnished with a comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV's and has a well equipped kitchen. We were entertained by the flying fish jumping in the canal, watching the wide variety of boats go by and caught several Catfish and a Redfish right off the boat dock. The pool and hot tub were well heated and maintained. Good quiet and interesting location that is within easy driving distances to shopping, restaurants sightseeing. The owners Mike & Rosemary are very accommodating and helpful. We liked it so much, we have rebooked for the month of January 2013.

Loved the Canal Location
We especially loved sitting on the lanai with its beautiful view of the canal. The description of the condominium was on point. The condo was clean, roomy and provided all the amenities of home. The location gave us access to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to main traffic arteries. The owners were very helpful and answered all our questions as well as giving us detailed information on check in and check out. We loved the pool and gas grill. We hope to lease again next year and would recommend this condominium to friends and family.
The Perfect Vacation Destination!
Having discovered this condo online, we were pleased by what we saw offered in the photos and description. But arriving here, being warmly "greeted" with exceptional hospitality "across the miles" by the attentive and helpful owners, and spending our vacation at this condo turned out to be the destination of our dreams. The photos are nice, but simply cannot adequately do justice to this property. This tastefully decorated, well-maintained and clean, spacious home with top quality furnishings far exceeded our expectations. The view of the expansive Rubicon Canal from the lanai is beautiful and invites us to spend our mornings there, lingering over coffee and conversation. It's also a comfortable place to enjoy the evening sunsets. We've spent many afternoons by the pool and hot tub; a truly relaxing and peaceful environment. We love it here and can't wait to return. We've had a great time exploring the area, especially Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and have always looked forward to coming back to the condo in the evening. This is the perfect vacation get-away; rain or shine, any time of the year!

This elegant second floor penthouse apartment is available on a monthly basis only with price depending on the season. We have increased our monthly stay to a full 5 weeks.
2016- 2017 RENTAL RATES
2016 - APRIL THRU NOVEMBER
• The Spring-Summer season monthly rate is $2700.00/month plus the Florida required 11% rental tax.
• Spring-Summer rentals are more flexible than Winter season so you can request any consecutive 5-week stay.
2016 DECEMBER THRU 2017 MARCH
• The Winter season rate is $2835.00 per month plus the Florida required 11% rental tax.
• December Rental – November 20 thru December 24
• January Rental – December 25 thru January 28
• February Rental – January 29 thru March 4
• March Rental – March 5 thru April 8
SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENTAL FEES
To make a reservation a non-refundable Condo Association Application Fee of $100.00 per couple is required. For returning renters the Condo Association waives the application process and fee.
To keep our Condo looking great for next couple, a one-time $150 Departure Cleaning Fee is also necessary.
We also ask for a $1200 Security Deposit, which is fully refunded to you at the end of your stay. For returning renters the Security Deposit is reduced to $750.00.
Monthly and weekly rates include all utilities and use of our private 1-car garage, pool, hot tub, boat
dock, wide screen cable TV and wireless internet.
