appealing. 1200 square feet,2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo overlooks lovely heated pool and pool deck with western views of the fabulous Gulf Sunsets. A brand new 4 burner Gas Grill is in the pool area.

Living room has large 3 cushion sofa,love seat and over-sized coffee table perfect for putting your feet up, 2 good reading lamps and comfortable chair with ottoman. Living room desk is perfect for writing letters and postcards. For entertainment we have a large High-definition TV with a Blue Ray DVD player and Free private Wi Fi thru out the condo and pool area. The adjacent dining area has roomy rattan dining table and 4 chairs with casters.

All windows are brand new high impact Hurricane spec glass outfitted with new plantation shutters including the dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Screened lanai opens from master and guest bedroom, and living room and has view of western

sunsets and pool area. Lanai is furnished with chaise lounge with ottoman (and reading lamp)and matching table with 4 chairs perfect for breakfast or lunch.

Master bedroom has superior king size bed,

High DefinitionTV w/built in DVD player,chest of drawers, and walk-in closet; guest room has twin beds and large closet. Both bathrooms have been updated with new vanities and countertops and are white tiled with tub and shower and are equipped with brand new high comfort toilets.

The kitchen has new countertops and is complete with every major appliance. The adjacent utility room has a washer and dryer.
