In the heart of City Place

Cozy, comfortable, fully furnished, and the building has a 24 hour doorman. You have one reserved parking space in the gated garage, and within walking distance are restaurants, theaters, a grocery story, bowling alley, train station, and there is a free in-town shuttle. Secure wi-fi is in the unit, basic cable TV, and a full washer and dryer are in the unit. All linens and kitchen equipment is provided, just bring your suitcase! In the complex you have a workout room, swimming pool, and heated spa.

There is no land line telephone, so bring your cell!

There is one designated parking space in the covered garage, with covered, secure walkway into the building. A key card is required to enter the garage, the grounds, and the building.

Hi Fellow Travelers! We live in South Florida and love to travel. When we do, we often stay in vacation rentals. It's economical, comfortable, and we get lots of ideas of how to make our condo here in West Palm more comfortable and more fun for other travelers. Ralph is originally from Pennsylvania, and Dianne is a tumbleweed (her word for Military Brat) who never lived anywhere for long until she retired to South Florida.

Why DIANNE BRYAN chose West Palm Beach

We bought this property for our own use, because we love to come to West Palm Beach, City Place in particular, to attend the theater and take advantage of the great restaurants. We rent it to travelers when not using it ourselves.

What makes this condo unique

This condo is so close to the airport that you can drive there in under 7 minutes. A car is not really needed because you can walk to almost everything from this well-located condo. If you do have a car, it's no problem, we have a reserved parking space in the gated garage. Just unpack your bags, walk to restaurants and shopping, swim in the pool, relax in the spa, work out in the gym … all on the property and available to you.

I totally fell in love with this unit. I did not want to leave. It was the best. Wish I could stay there year round. It was just perfect for me and my taste. Thanks so much Dianne.

I knew it was good, but it turned out to be even better. The owners are professional and very accommodating, reliable, and perfect hosts. This apartment has every detail to make your stay easy, comfortable, and convenient. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil for all cooking styles, plus the daily needs of any traveler or vacationer are at hand. There is space to spread out, furnishings are well placed, functional, and attractive, and everything you need is already there (down to fabric softener, complete bathroom supplies, plush linens, and hangers for all types of clothes). The amenities are all quality products and every element in this unit's design is an upgrade. The location is also exceptional - a quiet unit steps from everything. The owners are real hospitality professionals - during my long stay, I had everything I needed. It is a pleasure to see such great service and have such a quality experience.
