Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 4. Responsible Renter must be an adult 25 years or older. As a courtesy to our neighbors, no large parties are allowed, and noise must be eliminated after 10:00 pm. CANCELLATION POLICY: Since the property is taken off the market when a rental is confirmed, it is extremely difficult to re-rent it again the closer it gets to the actual date. Our rental season is very short, and therefore rental fees already paid to the owner are non-refundable.

Great view and location
We enjoyed the deck for hours--the view is exactly as shown online. Also loved having a supermarket, bakery, and the regional bike/walk path close by.

What a view!
This location can't be beat. Loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the pool and has an amazing view of the mountains. Conveniently located by the walking and biking path. Can also walk to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants, hair and nail salons not to mention the yummy frozen yogurt shop! Everyone in complex is very friendly and the owners Gary and Brian where great. We will be back.
Good condo option for Palm Springs
My wife and I stayed in this second floor condo during the second half of December 2016. There is a lot to like about this unit. It is in a good overall location in Palm Springs, close to the downtown area, but very quiet. We used the municipal swimming pool a lot for lap swimming. It is a 5 minute drive away. The complex has good security on the front side and a very nice walking path on the back side. Parking is easy and protected.
The unit itself is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a remodeled kitchen. It is very clean and functional overall, with good views of the mountains and plenty of light coming into all the rooms. The owners have things nicely organized, including a keyless push-button lock on the front door. The kitchen was relatively fully equipped. The master king-size bed was comfortable. The second bedroom has a queen bed. We didn't use it but it looked to be very firm. The second bedroom gets very good light for much of the day.
While certain aspects of the condo seem dated and ready for remodel (mostly the bathrooms), they are perfectly functional and of very good value when considering the unit cost per night/week.
We wouldn't hesitate to return to this condo in the future.
