A walk down memory lane remembering my many summers in Wisconsin beneath the pines! A relaxed week in an adorable cabin! Great weather! A treat to get out of Tucson! Thanks for sharing!

We loved it here!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin is loved by the Adair's and it shows! In a quiet neighborhood but right in the heart of town. We went over New Years Eve when a lot of snow came, absolutely beautiful...

The fireplace is definitely a huge bonus!

My only advice is that if you do not have a 4WD to use Rim Road... :)

Such a cute cozy cabin. Perfect for our family of four!

  • 5 of 5

They really thought of everything from all your kitchen needs to DVD's. The owner is very easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions you have. It was nice to make a meal in the kitchen or grill on the back deck. Our boys enjoyed being able to have camp fires right in the back yard. We also enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood.

A Small, Comfy Cozy Cabin!!!

  • 5 of 5

Enjoyed our week's stay at the Adair Springs Cabin in Pinetop! The cabin has everything you will need to make you feel at home - the property is fenced, so if you have pets or small children, you need not be concerned about their safety! Close enough to town, but far away enough so that you are not bothered by traffic noises! The only disappointment was the fact that there is no wifi in the cabin, and the basic cable t.v. package did not include some of our favorite channels!

Sweet cabin in a great setting

  • 4 of 5

We had a very nice stay at the Adair cabin. First off, Delbert is a peach - responsive, polite, accommodating, everything you'd want in a host. The cabin feels much bigger inside than the square footage would lead you to believe. I found the bed to be comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for our needs. The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, oil, salt, and pepper.

We cleaned the place ourselves in the morning rather than paying the cleaning fee. Delbert made that easy by giving clear instructions on how to clean and by having all the supplies needed for the job. We're not messy folks and the whole thing took us less than an hour.

The only thing to note is that there is either a bar or a house in the neighborhood whose music is a bit on the loud side. It didn't keep us up at night or anything, but I could hear it when I was sitting on the patio, trying to listen to the sounds of nature.

We took a bicycle ride from the cabin to a little local spot - call Cycle Mania in Show Low and ask Todd for a tip on a good ride.

Loved It!

  • 4 of 5

The cabin was adorable! I was worried about us being cold due to the snow and the heaters worked great. The cabin had everything we needed that we would have at home. The beds were comfy and they had tons of resources for site seeing the town, restaurants and sledding in the drawers. We cant wait to go back in the summer to see what warm weather offers but had an awesome snow trip with he kids.

Location

From the Owner

My dad's side of the family is from Pinetop, Arizona. I have always loved the area and hoped to own a home there someday. While looking at homes for sale in 2007, one in particular caught our eyes. When my wife liked what she saw my dream became a reality and we bought our cabin in May 2007. Our cabin was built by Stewart and Genevieve Elson in 1972. It is now called Adair Springs Cabin, in honor of my ancestors who founded the town of Adair where Fools Hollow Lake is currently located and who later settled in Pinetop and Lakeside. It is used as a second home and vacation rental. I hope my guests enjoy the cabin as much as we do. Sincerely, Delbert Adair Jr.
