Perfect apartment for North Beach, San Francisco s

  • 5 of 5

We have been staying in this charming one bedroom for many years and it has been a delight every time we have come to San Francisco. The apartment is comfortable, clean, well-equipped and has a fabulous view of the Bay. The location is perfect. It is on a small side street so it is quiet at night, but accessible to all the charms of North Beach and the rest of the City. We highly recommend this property.

cosy little appartment

cosy little flat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Really nice, homelike and cosy little appartment. Quiet neighborhood and amazing location. 5 minutes walk from pier 39 and fisherman's wharf. It has a Safeway and Trader joe's also 5 minutes walk which is really convenient. Opposite direction to the piers, there is also a little park with a corner store, a liquor store and a few little restaurants really convenient and nice for a calm evening.

The kitchen is really well equipped, you will find EVERYTHING you need: plates, cutlery of all kinds, pans, blender, mixer, bowls, tupperwares and so on. Some dishes are not really clean in the back/bottom of the drawers but there is a dishwasher that makes wonders.

There is a table that can fit up to 6 people in the living room. The living room is also fully and nicely equipped with a huge smart TV, a really confortable sofa-bed, a single sofa and some tables in the middle and sides. A bit dark at nights but if you turn on all the lamps you manage to see properly at night. Finally it has a really nice view to Alcatraz Island and the Golden gate on the very left part of the window.

The bathroom is also in really good conditions.

Finally the bedroom is really confortable. The bed and blankets are amazing. It has a full body mirror in the closet and a lot of places to put your luggage and clothes.

Finally, it has a little closet outside of the room with a vacuum cleaner a broom and some other cleaning tools.

Good Living in the City

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful location, sweet view, interesting art, comfortable bed, good value, quiet, friendly neighbors, responsive property manager, clean, well-stocked kitchen, full of character. We never use our car as public transportation is easily accessible. Although small, the apartment is large enough to entertain our grand kids. We take our family to Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, and China Town, returning to have dinner in one of the many restaurants. We love this place!

My mother and I stayed at this apt in May. The apt was perfect. The location was walkable from Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, Trader Joe's and Upper Grant Street. The kitchen was fully equipped, we enjoyed the view of the Golden Gate Bridge while enjoying our meals. The owner was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly. I would recommend this apt to anyone visiting San Francisco.

Great View, Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic, spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 boys ages 10 and 13) was completely smitten with this apartment. The view from the living room and kitchen is breathtaking. The unit is approximately 4 blocks straight back from Pier 39, with an unobstructed view of Alcatraz and the bay. The Golden Gate Bridge is also visible from the apartment to the far left. The unit is on a quiet side street, a rare find in San Francisco and is within walking distance to many main attractions, Coit Tower, Pier 39, Pier 33 (the Alcatraz Ferry location), North Beach, a cable car and trolley stop, to name just a few. The unit is also just a couple of blocks away from a Safeway and Trader Joe’s. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful and quiet Telegraph Hill neighborhood. Another major plus is the carport, so parking is never a worry. The kitchen has high end appliances and granite counter tops. We enjoyed hearing the fog horn and watching the large container ships pass through the bay. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else in the City. Booking the unit through Dawn was very smooth. The unit is also well stocked with brochures and books about San Francisco and things to do. We HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone considering a visit to the City.

Wow ... wow and WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

WOW was the first words out of my families mouths upon entering this apartment!! So open, so fresh, so airy. Bedrooms huge in size. Kitchen and living room view was A~M~A~Z~I~N~G! Found myself eating breakfast by the kitchen sink just watching all the bay activity. Super easy walk to Pier 39, can see the double merry-go-round lit up at night directly across from kitchen window. W/ zoom lens on camera can even see docks were seals hang out! You can walk to Pier 33 easily to Alcatraz cruises, along bay to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square up to Lombard Street and take a walk down the fantastic "crooked" road and don't forget the stairs up to Coit Tower! EXCELLENT home base for our San Francisco trip! Could not imagine staying any where else!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!! Family of 5 absolutely hated to leave and wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights!!! Having the carport was a MAJOR bonus and the icing on the cake!!!!! FANTASTIC!!! Working with Dawn was a breeze. She was more than kind, helpful and prompt when answering all my emails and questions!!!
