We rented this condo for 5 nights while visiting Estes Park. We have a family of four and my wife's parents joined us for the stay. The condo was awesome as my inlaws were able to stay in the master bedroom upstairs and my family had there own space in the lower level which has two nice sized bedrooms and a couch that makes out to a bed. Additionally, the lower level has its own full sized bathroom which was convenient for my family. The entire condo was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family of six or less. The accommodations made us feel as if we were at our own home. Very good choice if staying in the Estes Park area.
The property is exactly as described, very close to the RMN Park entrance, and is located between downtown and the park entrance. Beautiful town home just as the photos show, well maintained and exceptionally clean. This property worked out well for my family with two college age children; it gave us all space to move about. I would highly recommend this property.
Our family found this property to be in a wonderful location, both to Rocky Mountain Natl Park and Estes Park. We enjoyed the views from the condo as well as having plenty of room for 6 of us to spread out. We were greeted the first morning with a big elk walking through the neighborhood. A steam that runs the perimeter of the area has a lovely walking path and within walking distance of the condo is a nice coffee shop on a small lake. The condo is in a quiet area and was nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, granite surfaces and nice artwork. You could walk to downtown Ester Park, which might be a good idea because of parking. Lots of good restaurants in the area.
