About Doug & Jeanne Lindberg
We have loved the mountains and decided to buy in the Blue Ridge area because of all it has to offer - easy access, shops, hiking, tubing, rafting, antiquing, vineyards and wine tastings, festivals and so much more.
Doug & Jeanne Lindberg purchased this Cabin in 2003
Why Doug & Jeanne Lindberg chose Blue Ridge
We fell in love with the cozy, comfort of this cabin. It is very easy to get to with a four lane highway right up to the turn to go up the mountain. Once you leave the highway it is like being in another world - quiet, peaceful. We have tried to make our cabin a home away from home and provide all the comforts of home.
What makes this Cabin unique
Easy access to the cabin as well as down the driveway to park. Quiet and serene yet close to many activities, shops, local events, etc.

We had a lovely few days relaxing at Fishing Bear cabin. The owners have literally thought of everything to include in this cabin. You need to bring nothing from home. Management company was helpful and owners responded immediately. Stairs to lower level where hot tub is are very steep and cabin is a little too dimly lit for my taste but didn't affect our stay at all. We loved it.
We had a great time.
We truly enjoyed your cabin, I was impressed with all the amenties the cabin provided! We also throughly enjoyed the hot tub, it was very roomy and kids enjoyed the lights changing colors. The cabin had so many things to offer we never really needed to leave. Thank you again!
Thanks Ashley for reviewing your stay and so glad all enjoyed your visit.
The hot tub is always I hit so I am glad everyone had a good time using it.
We appreciate you choosing Fishing Bear Cabin for your mountain stay.

Our first experience using Vrbo was a good one. The cabin was very clean and was even nicer than the pictures. I would recommend to friends and family. Maybe next time plan a longer stay
