Excellent Ormond Vacation Property
My wife, daughters, and I loved this condo. The location is perfect with a beautiful beach view. The condo is clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. Everyone that we met was friendly and welcoming. We chose this condo because it looked more updated than some that we've rented, and the owners told me that they are actually about to update the kitchen. All of my communication with the owners was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location and comfortable condo.
My husband and I enjoyed two weeks. The location for October was far enough away from high density beaches that it felt like a private beach.
We used the tv a lot, hooked up to a pc to create a 1000+ picture slideshow for family. It was perfect, both tv quality and wifi access.
The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty spaces around the condo to sit and eat.
The balcony looking over the Atlantic ocean had clean, cushioned furniture and tables. This was a perfect place to read and soak in gorgeous sunrises and full moon nights lighting the waves and beach.
Self check-in to the gated garage, building, condo unit and wifi were spectacularly easy. Elevators from the garage with shopping carts to use for moving, washer/dryer in the condo, and easy access to outside trash receptacles made living easy.
There were many good restaurants for all sorts of food, Betty's, Aunt Catfish, Funky Pelican, Dustins, Barabara Jeans, St Marys Seafood, Panera, Seafood Market and much more. Several great bbq places, a Mediterranean food place and Publix almost just across A1A was extremely convenient.
The owners made the transaction through VRBO easy, all automatic. They responded quickly as we had planned a Panama City vacation but Hurricane Michael dealt us a change in plans.
The condo location is nestled between Daytona and Jacksonville, close to both St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. This gave us plenty of people and places to visit during a two week stay.
The bedding in the condo, both king bed and two twins were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels and other linens in the condo. The master bath is spacious with a separate vanity and sink area - very accommodating for we girls.
There is more closet space than a couple needs with many spare hangers waiting for packed clothes.
There are cleaning supplies if you want to do housework - we didn't other than keeping a clean kitchen.
Access to the clean swimming pool and from there on a well maintained wooden pathway to the beach.
We loved this rental and recommend it to others. The kitchen is small but just what we needed for the 2 of us.
The best keylime pie was at Betty's about a mile north of the condo on A1A.
CON: but very minor is that the walls are thin between condo units and several balconies for other units had visibility to our balcony.

I'm delighted that you were happy with your stay and that you found us last minute when hurricane Michael ruined your plans to Panama City. This was our first time excepting payment thru VRBO’s (newly required) automatic payment system and I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of it.

Mr. and Mrs. Williams keep such a nice, clean condo overlooking the ocean. They are friendly, easy to work with, and efficient to deal with which made registering a breeze.
Upon arrival, we entered a very clean unit well prepared to take care of us for the week. There are numerous restaurants around, and the Publix across the street is so convenient. Their unit is neatly decorated, cheery, and not so overdone that we felt uncomfortable or afraid we'd tear something up.
This is our favorite unit. It has more than enough room for our 4 person group for the week and we all enjoyed ourselves greatly!

Great Family Vacation Area
Great stay in Unit 402. Very comfortable beds and big screen TV. Nice view over pool and beach and convenient to grocery store. Owners very nice and easy to work with on dates, etc. Clean, fully stocked kitchen. No pets. We discovered great new restaurant. Salty Farm is less than mile north of complex on left. Fresh, no fried, seafood of all types. Very good.

Best place we have been to thus far.
The best experience we have ever had when renting for vacation. Condo was perfect, very clean and spacious, owners were great through out the entire process from booking to check out. Great views close to everything but far enough away from the crowds of Daytona.

My favorite place to go
Love the new decor, its one of my favorite places to go. we really enjoyed the beach and the near by restaurants. we are looking forward to returning this Fall. Thanks for another wonderful stay.

Daytona 500, Speed Week, Bike Week, Biketober Fest, Spring Break, Disney World, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, The Boardwalk, Dog Track/Poker, Off Shore Gambling (shuttle pick-up across street), Water Parks, Golf, ( 7 golf courses close by, Oceanside Golf Club is 3 min. away and Indigo Lakes a LPGA Golf Course is not far either.) Deep Sea Fishing, Watercraft Rentals, and don't forget the beautiful Beach/Ocean right outside. These are just a few things to do. You will be about 10 min. N. of Daytona Beach away from crowds and noise. Perfect if you are looking for a place close to the action but more private, on a no-drive semi-private beach and still within walking distance of grocery, restaurants & stores.
