'The Barn' is a perfect waterfront getaway for two. It's located in front of our home at the head of Bass Harbor (tidal) with wonderful views and easy access to the shore for kayaking.
'The Barn' has a beautiful rustic post and beam loft with cathedral ceilings and sky lights. An open living plan includes kitchenette with everything you need, bedroom area, living area and bathroom with shower.
A Vermont Castings gas fireplace will take the chill off those cool Maine evenings.
There is a small deck behind 'The Barn'.
About the Owner
(2 traveler reviews)
We had and exellent stay at the barn on Bass Harbor. It was a beautiful and comfortable rental. The owner's were great. We had our privacy and were only a short drive to Bar Harbor. Plenty of things to do, a week was not enough time for us, we would definitely go back!
The Barn which we LOVED!!!
It was so cozy and sweet and clean. There was every amenity that one could need! We would do it all over again. Mike and Susie were gracious and accomodating. Excellent rental!
