Quaint Boothbay Harbor

  • 5 of 5

We have been renting this house for 2 weeks for the past 5 years. We find it very comfortable, homey, full of charm, very well appointed and equipped with everything needed for a stay there. We especially love the front porch, which is the perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee.

It is within walking distant to restaurants, boat tours, shops, and entertainment. . It is ideally located for day trips and sightseeing. The house is on a dead end street so there is no noise from traffic and the neighborhood is very quite. The owners are easy to communicate with and address any issues or questions very promptly

Charming Home, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

This is a lovely home within easy walking distance of town center, harbor attractions, and many fine restaurants. It is spacious, sparkling clean, and very well appointed.

This was our fourth stay in this home--a perfect spot for a relaxing Boothbay Harbor vacation!

Relaxing, rejuvenating, reunion with dear friends

  • 5 of 5

The home is beautifully appointed, the kitchen is fully equipped. I even picked pears in the yard and poached them for a delicious treat for the group.

We visited downtown everyday by foot. Took some road trips too. One place was the Boothbay Botanical Garden another was the Pemaquid Lighthouse.

Did I mention the great local restaurants! Good seafood and Italian food. even enjoyed some yummy Chinese food. Noting lacking in our wonderful week! Mary Ellen

Great place to stay in Boothbay Harbor at a great

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful, big, well-appointed house that's been renovated but still displays the charming architectural details of its old historic self (wide floorboards, original molding). It has a large and lovely porch under an apple tree with two tables for dining. It's a short walk to town, where there are great restaurants, shops and art galleries, as well as a place to rent a kayak and multiple businesses offering boat tours of the area (and wale watching, too). Ellen, the owner of the house, is attentive to her renters' needs and comfort and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend renting from her. We had a great time.
