It will be hard to get closer to the Atlantic Ocean than in our lovely townhouse. Only a sand dune seperates it from the Atlantic Ocean. Go to Google Maps 3213 HWY A1A South 32951 and decide for yourself! While on Google, you can check out the community and the facilities west of Hwy A1A. Our townhouse has been completely remodeled, furnished and equiped to provide your virtually everything you would need or want. The multilevel floorplan allows for interaction, and privacy as may be desired. There are 2 seperate living rooms (one with a built in double murphy bed); an eat-in fully equipped kitchen with table/chairs and granite island/stools; two queen bedrooms on seperate levels and 2 1/2 baths. Each level has an oceanside deck with ample furniture to enjoy all three decks.
My family and I have rented this home for four consecutive winters. We enjoyed every year we spent at this great location. It is directly on the beach with easy beach access. The condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and ideal for two couples. There are several golf courses nearby. The photos give a true feel for what the home looks like. The owners are the best -- we had very few problems and they were looked after immediately. Our reason for not renting next year -- we want to explore another area of the world.

Minimum lease is one month. The rental listed is for a Calendar Month. Rental amount is not determined by a calculated "daily rate".
No cleaning fee is requested. We expect that our visitors will return our townhome in the condition which it was delivered at occupancy. This can be done by the visitor, or, there are cleaning services available locally. Ask owner for details.
One month minimum rental (per HOA regulations). Rates quoted are for per CALENDAR month, regardless of number of days in the month.
Reservations are secured by a check in the amount of $1000.00 (Hold Deposit). Total lease payment due in-hand 15 calendar days prior to first day of rental. The Hold Deposit converts to a Security Deposit at occupancy.
